“When we arrived ten minutes early like we were asked to fill out paperwork no one was at the front desk, make comes out has us fill out drawing for basket then asked us to pay. While paying card says expired so I took it out then he got mad at me and said I was supposed to wait for tenge beep so now I’ll have to charges on the card. We proceed into the room late after our appointment was supposed to start I had 6 family members live streaming. The tech was not engaged with us at all asked zero questions about baby or if it was our first. He made it seem like we were just another transaction as he has been doing this for 17 years. I waited two months for this 3D exam over the moon and this man ruined it all for me. He would snap a picture not even move around or look for different views on baby and edit picture then again about three times then our time was up even though he started us late. I Do NOT recommend going here he has obviously been in the business way to long and doesn’t care about how he is making his clients feel. Also the live stream everyone paid separately for did not work on the audio aspect. We spent over $200 at this facility and got out experiences ruined. I will never do a 3D scan again because of this. Very unfortunate especially because this was our first baby. I also tried calling to speak to the owner tech to let him know and never received a phone call back.”
