“Ordered a pack of 30 and pack of 10 parts for my blinds. The pack of 10 had a slat missing? After contacting them was asked my order number which was sent to them. After several emails there was no reply? Would not order from this Company again.”

“I order a weights and 2 pully weights for my blinds cord but the the 2 pully weights were not included. I have email and messaged 4-5 times text no reply. Not worth buying if there are any errors. Its lucky if you get all your items because you will not be able to contact the company. Disappointing.”

“Didnt arrive so bad customer service and no idea if they weren't in stock but I have no item. Dont even know if they are good quality at all. What a disappointing experience. Never will buy here again. Il take my chances on amazon.”
