“I purchased from this company back in May, the resistance bands were late so I emailed customer service asking where they were, they were so friendly and replied saying I would have them in a few days. When I received the bands, I noticed they were such poor quality! I didn't feel safe using them so emailed asking to return them - as laid out in their returns policy. Since then I have emailed 4-5 times and have not had one single reply! There is no phone number or address to return the items too.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! How you can rip people off and steal their money during a global pandemic is absolutely revolting!”
