"I have been on 3 trips with Fitzroy Travel and specifically Paul Callicutt as agent and once as also along\r\non the trip. All 3 trips have been as smooth as can be - Ethiopia, Zimbabwee and Kenya most recently. Paul has taken the time to ask about my companions and my priorities and then has Listened - and done an excellent job of implementing what we preferred as well as those special touches we did not even know we wanted..., This ranges from the level of the camp\/lodge and it's service, to our primary interests - whether game viewing or history and culture or some combination there of... My sister taught history for many years and was dazzled by our guide at Victoria Falls and tales of Stanley and livisngston and later with an expert on cave art in the southern part of the country as well as excellent game viewing. \r\nWith the pressures of air travel these days, it is a pleasiure to know once on ground at your destination you can stop worrying - the teams on the ground have always been there, always helpful and gotten us where we need to be when we needed to be there!! Like a trusted car mechanic, a travel pro you can trust is a GEM!!"
