“I thought the point of customer service is to help customers when they have a problem, however even during the time of genuine global crisis this company couldn’t come through for its customer which just goes to show how little they care. We had a trip organised to do some charity work in Mexico and were going to use 5 star tours for our travel needs however due to COVID19 the trip was cancelled and that was something out of our control. Me and my colleagues were all looking forward to this trip that couldn’t happen due to a global pandemic. Instead of cooperating with us during this time and refunding or arranging some kind of relief towards the cost as other companies (Flights, hotel) have done five star tours have straight up denied our request which is quite a disappointment. Needless to say when this trip does happen again later this year when the borders open we won’t be using five star for any business.”
“I am extremely disgusted with the response from this company regarding a refund during this extremely hard time. We are due to be going to do some charity work in Mexico and have booked this company for travel to support this trip. This trip can no longer take place Due to Corona Virus and all companies aside this one have been extremely flexible and refunded most of the monies to people. They flat out refuse to give this back. Awful company to deal with.”
“I was part of the same trip with Phil and was in total disappointment when I heard that the company would not refund us despite the pandemic and all travel restrictions.
This is certainly not a company that I will ever use nor recommend.”
Paid over $1800 for transportation. This is a ‘charity’ trip for 30 people to build a house for a Mexican family. Trip cancelled due to Corona. Sadly this company will not return our money only issue a credit note against future trip. This is unlike all the other companies in USA who we’re totally understanding and didn’t use the opportunity as a money making exercise.”
