“Paid 12 pounds for Next day delivery before 13h. The Flag arrived at 16h, which meant I had to wait around for three hours (not ideal). When I phoned the office, although apologetic, no offer of re-emboursement for the postal service was offered.”
“I ordered two Swiss flags for my daughter to wave in our local Gala. I ordered the small one first and it arrived promptly. It is on a wooden flag pole and the flag itself is of excellent quality. The actual Swiss flag is equidistant on all sides, I believe but this one was the usual, rectangular shape, which was made clear at the time of purchase. That was fine. Once we had received it, my daughter decided she wanted the large Swiss flag 5 x 3' to wrap around herself. This was ordered on the Thursday with Royal Mail 24 hour guaranteed delivery. Unfortunatlely, the flag was sent via Fed Ex and arrived the following Monday. As the Gala had taken place on the Saturday, the large flag was rejected at the point of delivery on the advice of the courier. I wrote to the company explaining what had happened and I was given a full refund and an apology. They were very quick to act and it was unfortunate that the large flag did not arrive in time. If needing something urgently, it might be best to phone them and place the order that way or else, order in plenty of time. The small flag was delivered in a very sturdy cardboard tube and the large flag was folded and appeared in a plastic envelope bag.”
