“Iβm not sure , I can review as still not received. I know this is Royal mails responsibility. But I strongly advise you for not using them as a carrier. I ordered for my 85 year old father in law for v e day . A week prior. I know it was a bank holiday but still waiting. I have had an email to say maybe tomorrow. I would always order from a small business but this experience with Royal Mail is awful . He was very upset.”
“Ordered some Ukraine flags - 4 small, 1 large - after watching the infamous White House meeting.....ordered on line Friday, paid first class postage, buit disappointed to only receive them the following thursday. But not a train smash.

“Service has always been quick and efficient, and their customer services are competent and sympathetic. My chief grouse has been with the website, which won't respond correctly to my regular browser
(chrome, version 112.0.5615.49 (Official Build) running on 32-bit Ubuntu 18.04), so I have to been using much less convenient browsers. However I have just discovered that I have Mozilla Firefox version 112.0.2 (32-bit), so maybe next time I shall be happy to gie five stars.”
