“The flags were great, thanks. Also communication was good when I had to return to Flag & Bunting store to chase my order. Only let down was how long it took to receive my items. Although I understand this was down to bad service from Royal Mail rather than anything Flag & Bunting Store did/didn't do, it still left a bad taste with my order, as I paid extra for delivery in 2-3 business days but it took over a week to arrive which meant I had to buy alternative items for a party.”
