“I couldn’t be more impressed with Bradley and the team at Flat Pack Professionals. From the very first message, communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They arrived right on time and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They assembled several pieces of IKEA furniture for me, including a large wardrobe and some smaller items. Everything was put together perfectly and securely, with real attention to detail. You can tell they know IKEA products inside and out. What really stood out was how tidy and respectful they were throughout the process. They left the space spotless and even took care of the packaging. Bradley also went above and beyond to make sure everything was aligned and looking great—even fixing a small issue I hadn’t noticed myself. It’s rare to find people who are both skilled and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Flat Pack Professionals for anyone needing reliable, high-quality assembly. I’ll definitely be calling them again!”

“I’ve hired Bradley twice now, and both times he exceeded expectations. The first was for a complex 8-leaf corner IKEA PAX wardrobe, and he offered helpful advice right from the quote stage, kept me updated on arrival, and completed the job with his colleague in under three hours! Both were very friendly, polite, tidy, and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. As a returning customer, I had Bradley assemble a dining table, bench, chairs, and a shelving unit. He was just as efficient and professional this time round too. Everything was left spotless. Bradley delivers peace of mind and excellent results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any furniture assembly needs. You won't be disappointed!”
