“I found the company are very good at their job i.e the lads are really good at there job, helpful, clean and tidy, and, polite. But, I think there needs to be better communication. Between the lads out and about. The office staff, and the customer. The customer's at the moment have know idea what time that they will arrive, and for something like a garden Shed, the customer needs informing even if it's a ruff idea on ETA 07.00 to 19.00 is a long time to be watching the window. If it was 07.00 to 13.00 or 13.00 to 19.00 it would be better. If they are delayed then it should be the chaps out and about that contract the customer ringing the office every few hours it's very frustrating for the customer, and no doubt the office staff too. If they can get that right then it would be perfect. But I'm very pleased with the work. Thank you!!”

Hi, Thank you so much for the review! We’re really glad you had a great experience, and we truly appreciate your support! 💚 Regarding the installation time slot. All outdoor bookings, especially shed builds, fall within a 7:00am – 7:00pm window. This is mainly due to weather conditions and the unpredictability of the sheds themselves. Sometimes, unexpected issues mean a booking can’t go ahead, which then impacts the rest of the day’s schedule. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. That said, we always send a text with an ETA as soon as the team is on their way to you. Thank you, Flat Pack Professionals
