Hi Sureka, thanks for your feedback. We noticed that you didn't log into your Flayr account to chat with the artist directly, which you can do anytime after the booking. We find most customers enjoying chatting and swapping pictures through the chat so all communication is in one place. We will look into making this feature more prominent. Hope your event went well!

Hi Sharon, thanks for your feedback. We usually recommend that if you are not happy with the makeup to let the makeup artist now asap so that she can change it on the day of the appointment. We will pass on this feedback to Tania.
