“Beware do not use this company. I booked with Flight Centre Kelowna for a trip to Disneyland in October. I noticed on my credit card that they had booked the hotel and the Disneyland tickets through Expedia(not sure what they are good for). they charged me to do this booking which I could have done myself. The hotel they book us at (Howard Johnson) was had extremely dirty rooms I have pictures) I called them on the first night that we got in to tell them we were running a little behind but we were on our way, the clerk that answered the phone said that the reservation was cancelled as they don't guarantee the reservation through 3 party bookers. They said that they had overbooked and needed our room for someone else. I phoned Flight Centre and told Carly that this happened and she said Ok but she didn't seem to care. I have used Flight Centre on 6 other occasions but no more from now on I will book the trip myself as they did nothing for me.”
