“I ordered an inflatable arch from Floatie Kings for a running event my company puts on a few times a year. Overall, I was happy with the price and the shipping was fast. I saw photos of the final arch but have not blown it up to see how it looks in person so I cannot speak to that.
However, from the beginning, communication with the product specialist felt very rushed and aggressive. He emailed and called me every day, if not multiple times a day, urging me to make decisions and asking to pay the deposit before I was happy with the design. My event is in late September and I reached out mid-May. Despite them confirming that the production and shipping time would not be long they made it seem like if it did not order RIGHT NOW they would need to rush thier design team or they wouldn't we be able to make it by the September deadline. Despite thier urgency, I took my time making decisions and perfecting the design. It is mid-July and I have already recieved the inflatable. That being said, I don't understand why there was such a rush and an unnecessary pressure to get it ordered. In general, I just thought that the communication was unecessarily aggressive and made my experience with them not enjoyable.”
