“Very quick to respond and for the most part very thorough. The international shipping process could have been made known earlier in the process, along with how many pumps are included when shipped. The shipping process was rather frustrating. A packing slip for the client showing whats included (ropes, fishing line, pumps etc) would also be helpful.”
