I have used 365 6 years ago to floor our entire ground floor The result has been excellent
However due to a roof leak I need to replace approximately 1 square metre of and I found the delivery cost of £85 totally disproportionate to the size of the order which is very disappointing

and when boxes were opened there was some damage to flooring but i had ordered enougth to finish job

Samples supplied, on placing the order delivery date was given and adhered to product good. Only failure was a missing glue which when I reported it a refund was quickly made.

When ordered sample there was a discount attached. No expiry date noted. When I went to order the flooring I was told the discount had expired so missed out on £250. Had a few calls and at no point did anyone say discount was ending.
