“Absolutely abysmal customer service the product did not fit together properly and we were going to install another 90 m² however the item did not click well together and gave a terrible finish. The click system does not work and the finish was bad. I have attached their response so you can see what kind of customer service you will get”

“So far so good. I have not ordered but I have samples. However I have received maybe 6 10 x 15cm postcards, one with each sample. These are wasting energy.”

Thank you for ordering samples and taking the time to provide feedback it's really appreciated. As you can imagine our products are very popular and we get lots of sample requests. We do aim to get samples dispatched as quickly as possible so it would be quite a logistical challenge to keep track of what leaflets/information customers have already received to avoid duplication. But we'll certainly look into how we do this. Rest assured that our packaging and leaflets are all made from recycled paper and cardboard and are of course recyclable again at your end. May I suggest, if you need any more samples from us in the future, just mention in the notes section at checkout that you don't need any additional leaflets adding. Of course we're here to help if you have any questions about our products! :-)

“Great service from this Company and my underlay was delivered very quickly 👍 Great quality product too 👍 We purchased the"Springbond underlay" as it was recommended by Allergy UK. It is made using hypo-allergenic fibres, without the use of additional toxic chemicals and solvents that give off V.O.C's. This was very important to me, as 2 weeks prior we had purchased underlay for our bedroom, from another provider and it DID give off toxic VOC's. I was almost hospitalised, as I awoke in the night struggling to breathe! This was the first time I had experienced this with my health. I would definitely recommend this Company, all round Great Service at a good price too 👍 My only recommendation, would be to include the following details in the product description: -the fact that it is anti-microbial, contains hypoallergenic fibres and that no additional toxic chemicals or solvents are used in its manufacture. -the product is innovative and has been awarded Allergy UK’s prestigious Seal of Approval after undergoing rigorous scientific testing. -SpringBond is the first floor covering underlay to achieve the Allergy UK Seal of Approval. This allows people who suffer from dust, dust mite allergies and struggle with harmful indoor pollution to confidently choose an underlay that helps them reduce allergens in their home. -this SpringBond product contains no polyurethane foam, so there are no harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds), meaning users also benefit from better air quality wherever it’s fitted. It's a lot to say! But when you suffer from these allergies it is so important, especially when it affects your health. Also, I initially found this product was hard to find for sale. If it's hypoallergenic benefits/ no VOC's had been detailed, that may have made it easier. Thanks again 😀”

“The cork planks make a fantastic new floor in our two bathrooms that are warm underfoot and look like marble or limestone flooring. It was easily laid in our Georgian townhouse over the existing timber boards with the separating cork layer and the overall product is not only great practically and visually but also environmentally. Flooring by Nature provided an excellent service and assisted in the suitable selection Will be using again in due course that is the ultimate recommendation.”

“Haven't bought it yet but will: Very impressed with their efficiency and willingness to help. They sent out samples very quickly and have even planted a tree on my behalf, just on the basis of sending samples! Phoned them to find out more and was most encouraged by the knowledgeable response and willingness to find the exact product for us.”
