“My oak floor is beautiful. I needed one more box to finish it. I was told it was no problem when I bought it to get more if needed. I ordered and paid for it on February 13th and it finally arrived after many phone calls on March 12th. I also e mailed them from this site messages but nobody bothered to reply. I’m very happy with the floor. The long delay to finish the job was unsatisfactory.”
