“I have not given them a rating as I am totally unhappy with what I thought I had bought from them, a package of flooring and fitting. But when it was not fitted properly they have said it was the fitters responsibility not theirs. There website clearly states that “our fitters” will install the flooring, but when it was not not finished properly they denied all responsibility blaming the fitters. From Store To Floor
We understand that a new floor is a major investment and we want you to make the right choice for you. Once you’ve decided on the kind of flooring you’d like, we offer a free estimating service which you can arrange in store.
Step 1 – Choose your floor Before we can measure we need to know what you desire. You can visit our stores where our team can lead you through a huge range of flooring, to find the one that suits your wants and needs.
Step 2 – Book your measure Finding what you want was the hard bit, now it’s over to us. Book a free home estimating service in store for a day that suites you.
Step 3 – Installation Once you’re happy with your quotation and are ready to proceed, we will order your flooring and arrange a day for our professional installers to transform your floor.
Step 4 – Appreciate Our installers will leave the room tidy, so you can sit back and appreciate your new floor.Please note: Extra charges may apply for additional installation services, and we will not be able to complete a full survey if you have not selected your floor. It clearly says “Our professional installers “ but they refuse to accept responsibility I had to pay £1200 to my own tradesman to correct their fitters mistakes as I would not allow their fitters to return to my home as I had no faith in them, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect Floor Store to refund me £1200 as that was what I had to pay extra. Floor Store have responded to all the good reviews it will be interesting to see what they respond to my negative review. I have had to give a one* rating as the site requires a rating has to be given to submit a review, also the flooring material itself was good.”
