It clearly says “Our professional installers “ but they refuse to accept responsibility I had to pay £1200 to my own tradesman to correct their fitters mistakes as I would not allow their fitters to return to my home as I had no faith in them, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect Floor Store to refund me £1200 as that was what I had to pay extra.
