“Ordered 5 bunches of flowers all with a delivery date by the 21st December only 2 of the bunches made it on the Saturday the other 3 didnt arrive till the Monday 23rd luckily everyone loved the flowers but abit dissapointing that some were sat in an office somewhere on Sunday waiting to be delivered on the following Monday”

“My friends were delighted to receive their flowers. I was delighted with their reaction & the fact that they were delivered on my requested day. I wasn`t so happy to be contacted for address verification because it "wasn`t on our system", nor was I impressed when I was questioned after verifying the address, as entered manually. The problem? It isn`t a "2 this Street" address. Would I have been asked for verification if it had been addressed to "The King, Buckingham Palace"?”
