“I ordered two separate bunches of orchids to be sent to two different people in two different areas. Neither recipient was at home when the flowers were delivered. One delivery was left on the doorstep, the other redelivered next day. The ones left on the doorstep were not quite as fresh due to being left. However, the young lady at your company who dealt with my queries (?) Zoe, was most helpful and deserves praise. I would use your company again.”

I searched for a local florist but there were 5 in her area and I had no recommendations on cost or service. Then someone told me about Flowers By Post, the website prices were reasonable with photos of all their bouquets, which impressed me. The ordering system flowed without a hitch (which was refreshing). I got a call from my friend, she received them around 10am on the chosen date and said the autumn colours were wonderful, just the reaction I was looking for. My son Jack was asking what flowers his dear old Granny would like for her birthday, I suggested flowers by post and definitelty the Heaven scent freesias with gypsophelia, I ordered them on his behalf. They arrived on the date chosen I was notified by email that they had been dispached that morning. Mum was so pleased as always, she said so fresh, lots of new buds, the scent adorable and still wafting around her lounge . Grandson happy too and he will be purchasing again.
