“First, the negative point: the order was delivered punctuially but as the recipient was not at home the package waes left in the front garden. Unfortunately no advice note was posted in the letter box. The flowers were only found 4 days later when i asked the recipient if they had received the flowers and checked the delivery notification I received. The good news: the flowers were so well packed with small phials of water for each stem that they survived their garden stay.. Flowers by Post 5* for quick delivery and excellent packaging Royal Mail 0* for not leaving delivery notification for recipient”
