“These flowers were,sent to a friend so I didn't see them but she was delighted with them. I had no worries about them as I have used Flowersbypost for more than 20 years and have never had a problem. I used them when I lived abroad so was able to send gifts of flowers, at very reasonable prices, back to the UK!! Winner winner. The friends,I send them to then use the company afterwards!!! “As always the flowers were appreciated by the recipient. However. I want to comment on the exceptional customer services. I realise belatedly that I had given the wrong date for delivery. I contacted customer services via their website at 1am to ask them to correct my error. By 9 am that day I had a response from Jaz to say it had been done! Thank you Jaz That's 5 star service!”
