“Our flowers were being sent for a funeral so I used the courrier delivery system. They arrived on time and our friends said the flowers were beautiful. I had a problem on the website with the order being duplicated but a refund has been organised. I will use Flowers by Post again.”

“As a first time customer I found the ordering of the flowers a very smooth procedure. What was disappointing was the postal delivery or more accurately non-delivery on the chosen date. Flowers by Post's response to my query was very quick. My relative tells me the flowers, which arrived 2 days later, are very beautiful, so all has turned out okay thank you.”
