“Generall acceptable. have had a few misfires. Friends often take a snap of the bouquet and it never measures up to the professionally arranged full blooming illustrations on the website. FbyP could do worse than put images of the in-bud flowers they actually send out immediately they have been arranged by an ordinary person and then a day or two later showing how they improve.”

“Last bouquet well received, on time and much appreciated. However I'm now trying to order another one with no success. Have put in the same information as I used before and it has been rejected. Now I've missed the date I wanted as well as the special offer I was hoping for. Is your web site at fault or is it me? I would appreciate a phone number to sort this out. My rating would have been very good before all this! Sue Woodd”

“Was some what disappointed that there were not more flowers for my money. Doubt I shall use you again, but you served a purpose at the time. They did arrive in time. It remains to be seen how long they last through the Christmas season.”

“I haven’t seen the flowers as I had them posted to my Aunties in Leeds and Filey. I have heard from my Aunt in Leeds and hers had arrived on Wednesday and she sounded delighted with them, thank you. I don’t know whether the flowers to Filey have been delivered yet. Oh, now I see it’s insisting that I grade the flowers, which I’m not in a position to do as I shan’t see them, before it will submit this review, so I’ll rate ‘acceptable’ just so that it sends this and then I’ll get back to you later if I hear that the other flowers don’t arrive.”

“I was a little disappointed with the flowers, which were beautiful but smaller than I expected. The picture indicated a container but there was nothing to keep the flowers fresh. The recipient was very happy with her gift however.”

“My first order was suppose to arrive Tuesday. They did not arrive until the Friday. A replacement order was sent that arrived the following day. All the years I have been ordering from this company this is the first time flowers have not arrived in time”

“Flowers were beautiful and delivered in time. However, I was a little disappointed that - having contacted customer service about a typo I had made on the card and being promised it would be changed, the typo was still there when flowers delivered. It wouldn’t normally matter but these flowers were for a friend whose mum had just died and the typo made the message seem insensitive”

“I have used your service for many years and the quality has been exemplary. However, on this occasion I am disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on time and as arranged. It was the anniversary of my father's death, the flowers for my mother, but they arrived a day late. Pity.”

“Unfortunately the flowers which i had ordered for my Mother s 8oth birthday looked very sad , the roses were wilting when the bouquet arrived , fortunately I was there when my Mother opened the box ( my Mother would never have told me as she would nt want to disappoint me) I sent a complaint which was dealt with professionally and my Mother received a new, fresh looking bouquet the next morning.”
