“Having dealt with other companies I can thoroughly reccomend Flowers by post and use them on a regular monthly basis. Their carnations are our favoutite as they maintain their freshness much longer than alternatives. Does anything ever go wrong? yes once but a telephone call brought a genuine apology and a replacement the following morning. We have created a list of friends to receive flowers, chocolate and a nice card on Birethdays,and Anniversaries. I suspect many have become regular customers like us. Eric Lay”

“When someone is bereaved, there are no adequate words to convey thoughts or sympathy. But flowers seem to be able to do this and this was the case when we sent a boquet to a member who had lost her husband. It was lovely to receive back a message of appreciation and to say how lovely the flowers were and how much it had cheered.”

“One of our members has recently had a knee replacement operation for which she had been waiting a long time and been in a lot of pain. The recovery is underway but initially painful and slow so we thought to send a boquet of flowers to cheer her up was just the thing and we were right. “I ordered blue orchids to be delivered to my sister, who had an exhibition of her paintings at a gallery in Cornwall last week. Her artwork is very vibrant and the flowers were chosen to complement it. She sent a photo in situ and I could see that they were as good as illustrated on the website. Apparently she had many compliments on the quality and beauty of the glorious orchids. I would definitely order from you again.”

“Having been let down and disappointed by various companies, including a very well known store I decided to try "flowersbypost" and they did not let me down.
