“ Do NOT use this company!! I ordered same day delivery for a friend whose mother had passed away. I received an email saying they were delivered, when they weren’t I called customer service and they told me they would be there soon. Next day still not there. Unable to talk to anyone for a refund or delivery. Not dependable and awful customer service!!!!! ”

First they did not deliver on the day that the order was placed even though it was within the same day delivery window, then when the flowers got delivered the following day, the arrangement looked like the cheapest, laziest version of what I actually ordered. It looked NOTHING like the picture and I’m very disappointed in them. ”

“ I ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my granddaughter. They were $36 and very pretty in the ad. Look on their page for the ones called "what a treat" deluxe. Then look at the picture of what she actually got. AND it wasn't until today that I saw there was a $20 delivery charge. So I paid $56 for that junk. I could have driven them an hour away to her myself for flowers/gas a lot less than that. what a joke. ”
