Received a phone call from customer service telling me about the delivery and everything and I made her go over what was in the premium floral arrangement and I was happy with what they were supposed to give me.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I will NEVER order flowers from here again! I ordered a lavender bouquet for my daughter's birthday as purple is her favorite color and spent $85 between the arrangement and delivery.

Horrible company/service. Ordered a fruit basket for $96. It arrived a day late and had a handful of fruit that looks like it was picked from the garbage. And their delivery person was a creeper.

I placed an order on Dec 16th for delivery on the 23rd, this is a Christmas bouquet for someone in Dayton im in Cincinnati, they weren't delivered on the 23rd I called customer service at 10am on the 24th after being on hold for 25 mins they said they couldn't get into touch with the florist and would follow up with me, I never heard back so at 3pm on the 24th I called was only on hold 15 mins then was told my order was canceled im like what.

I paid extra for a larger arrangement I paid extra for rush delivery which she did not get until a day later and I paid for chocolates that my mother never received tried to contact customer service was on hold for about 2 hrs with no response no email no call Do not order from this web site I have pictures to prove what my mother got for $ 120!

30 minutes before de funeral they sent me an email saying there was no outlet close to the delivery area, and I placed the order a week before the funeral date. They also gave me the option or re-route but I needed to pay more for that. This was a really disappointing experience and they were more than unprofessional!!!

Placed order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Tracking said out for delivery. Late Friday night got call saying the flowers were out of stock could they substitute with roses. OK delivery now on Saturday. Tracking said out for delivery. I called them for status. Got an email while I was on hold saying my order has been canceled and getting a refund as they don't deliver in that area. Don't use this company.
