30 minutes before de funeral they sent me an email saying there was no outlet close to the delivery area, and I placed the order a week before the funeral date. They also gave me the option or re-route but I needed to pay more for that. This was a really disappointing experience and they were more than unprofessional!!!

Placed order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Tracking said out for delivery. Late Friday night got call saying the flowers were out of stock could they substitute with roses. OK delivery now on Saturday. Tracking said out for delivery. I called them for status. Got an email while I was on hold saying my order has been canceled and getting a refund as they don't deliver in that area.
Don't use this company.

Customer um. Service lol dropped my call 3 times

I wish i can leave a zero review they make promises of same day delivery even rush delivery by 2pm. I ordered roses for my wife at 9am paid for rush delivery by as I sit here now its 6:30pm and no roses . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

My experience with FlowerShopping.com was mixed. The website was easy to use and the selection looked good, but the delivery was later than promised and the actual flowers didn’t quite match the photos. I might try again but only if schedules and expectations are clear.

When my husband called to ask what happened, they told him there was “nothing they could do” because Google showed business hours until 5pm — and they didn’t even bother to call him (the paying customer!) to confirm delivery details or let him know there was nobody available to receive them.
