Terrible service. Never delivered the flowers with zero explanation. Clearly they are a terrible company because you have to wait to talk to someone for over an hour shows that many people are calling in unhappy. Total Joke. Be prepared to get transferred 7-8 times if you want a refund. Their goal is to frustrate you into giving up. Total waist of time and money to use this POS company.

Paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day. It was not delivered until the next day. Paid over seventy dollars for the deluxe brouque.That is not what she got.It is so ghetto with hardly any flowers in it.Save your money do not use these people

It doesn’t even deserve a one‑star review. I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday and paid $74, and what she received was an absolute piece of garbage. The bouquet looked nothing like the photos — just a few sad, cheap‑looking flowers tossed into a jar. This completely ruined the surprise I planned for her on her special day. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and the service. I will not be ordering from this company again.

This is my first time ordering a funeral arrangement. Since we couldn't be at the funeral I got nervous and called customer service to confirm the delivery. The team did an excellent job clarifying everything for us. The family of the deceased shared with us later that the flower arrangement was beautiful and was delivered on time.

I ordered 30 long stem roses for my wife on our 30th anniversary, paid extra to make sure they were delivered before noon, and the flowers were never delivered. Next to zero communication from the company once I reached out to them. I hope they'll reverse the charges since the damage has been done and she never received the flowers. What a way to spoil an anniversary!

I foolishly ordered from Canada, not seeing the extremely fine print indicating costs for flowers were in US currency. It didn’t indicate the total cost until after I paid with credit card which was a shock. Even though I ‘immediately’ emailed and called the company to cancel the order, I was finally able yo speak to a customer service agent who informed me I was too late in cancelling the order (which was placed just 20 minutes before). This US company merely calls a local florist shop to fulfil the online orders but charges US rates. Buyer beware.

I received a beautiful bouquet from my daughter, who lives out of town, Dover a week ago. The flowers are as vibrant as the day that they were delivered. The Lillies are just opening. I am enjoying the white flowers in a blue vase. I certainly will recommend Rays Flower shop to my friends. The delivery gentleman was very pleasant as well.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star or a half star. I called 3 days prior to ordering a money tree plant for a friend who I work with (she was leaving). They assured me it would be delivered and I could pay extra for before noon delivery. I ordered and paid extra. Ordered it for next day delivery. Noon came, no delivery. I called, they put me on hold to ask flower shope etc, told me they would be delivered by 7pm, which was clock out time for us. Never came, called after 7pm, customer service was gone, so she said...Today (next day) still no delivery, but received and email about how they couldn't deliver to my area which is Memphis TN! Yall could have told me that 3 days ago, when I called! Do Not Order from them!

I had order flowers Feb 27 I wanted them to be there march 9 for my mothers birthday so I’ve literally waited all day long for my mother to get them and nothing didn’t get delivered, apparently the florist completely fell off the face of the earth she didn’t cooperate with the people I spoke to on the phone and the woman I spoke to had sent out a cancellation to the florist and the florist going to turn around and mark them as delivered & never even came I am highly disappointed in this I didn’t spend $90 for flowers that’s not even going to show up n plus you gotta take peoples money like that is really beyond me so hopefully I’ll get my refund back in 10 business days even tho the woman don’t want to cooperate with them they still supposed to send it! Whoever does the flowers in Kentucky for them you should definitely be fire tbh! You’re really a joke for doing all that I hope you had fun spending my $90 n not delivering nothing..

They promised next day deliver for my delivery address and order. On the day of delivery at 12:57 pm they sent an email cancelling my order with no explanation and offered to deliver 2 days later. It was for a friend on her actual 40th birthday so delivering it 2 days later would not be good enough. I tried calling them right away but they are closed on weekends and no one was available to help. I had to call around and scramble for a local flower delivery service that would actually do what flower shopping.com failed to do. I will never trust them again.

I ordered a premium bouquet and was sent an arrangement that was an amaturish version of the smallest version. It was kind of embarrassing to send as a gift. I would've never known had I not received a photo of the arrangement. The company offered to refund the difference between premium and regular, nothing else. They didn't seem terribly concerned. If you are trying to send a gift, you may not even know the item you sent was not attractive unless your recepient sends a photo. Trust is important, they don't have mine.

I placed my order for a heart bouquet and received nothing but yet the flowers were marked as delivered. This was supposed to be a surprise for my significant others birthday but I had nothing to show for it I would not recommend this place to use to get your loved ones flowers from.

I placed an order on 2/17 and had to call everyday to find out why they were not delivered. The plant I ordered was $127.01 and when I was shown the picture of the plant it looked like the florists went to a bush outside and cut about 4,sticks and placed in a pit of dirt. When I called customer service that they needed to send her another plant because this was unaccrptsble. They told me they would contact the receiver and go pick up the plant. Get this it’s for a sympathy. I told them that was the tidiest thing I had ever heard of. I told them to send another plant in hand that was acceptable. They said they could only pick up the plant and give me 30% refund. How rediculios is that. Nothing has happened and I honestly think this company is a rip off. I will never ever order from this company again.
