I was notified when they could not deliver my order on the scheduled date but gave me the new date and it was delivered as promised. Also the flowers sent were more beautiful than I expected. Thank you your service!

I was shopping for flowers for my daughter who had her first child. I chose flowers and paid. The were to arrive the next day. Then I read some of the reviews and got very nervous since I have been scammed in the past. This turned out to be the best experience I have had in ordering flowers. I called them the day of delivery and they told me delivery was on for that day. My call was answered promptly and they even called me back to tell me the exact time they would be delivered. All correspondence was professional and helpful. My daughter received the flowers exactly when they said she would. She sent me photos and they were even more beautiful and larger than the photo I looked at to select the flowers for my purchase. I don't understand why people left poor reviews. My experience was excellent. When ever I need flowers again this is exactly where I will go to make my purchase. Thank you for making my experience so smooth with wonderful results.

Horrible service, would give zero stars if possible. Payed for a certain bouquet and received something fully different. Was asked to pay for the difference of something I never wanted in the first place. Also horrible customer service.

I ordered to arrangements for my mother's funeral. Since it was a local florists that arranged these for my mom's funeral this really goes towards that particular florist in Long Island but they shoukd vet who they use. 1st Loving Heart tribute. The flowers colors were pretty it did not look like a heart but more like a round oddly shaped wreath. They did not use a normal wired shaped frame that look like a heart, they created something out of some wires covering with aluminum foil and using foam rectangular blocks to create a triangle behind it. I had to rearrange the flowers myself to make it look like somewhat of a heart. I ordered and paid for the ribbon which was attached to the stand with packing tape and Staples visibly showing. The letters were already unpeeling and they must have run out of the letter v since they ripped the middle part of a letter A off and use that instead. Needless to say it was so extremely unprofessional and sloppy that I had to run out and create my own ribbon. Even the bow they used at the bottom was all smashed and crushed and they used a plastic straw and packing tape to try to create a floral wooden pic that normally a bow is attached to. The company would only give me 15% off because they said that the amount of flowers value was equivalent, but I did not agree as a lot of it was already wilting the ferns were already curling and the baby's breath was already drying up. The 2nd was the the Yellow Dawn Spray, which actually was delivered in a container instead on a stand and had not one of the flowers in the photo in the arrangement! The ribbon I paid for was missing! They did use the colors but I got no phone call saying they would be changing the entire arrangement, clearly there is a difference between arrangement in a pot and a spray!!! I had to rrun out and make my own ribbon. I would not recommend this company, also there was no follow-up email after I ordered I actually had to call the company and ask him if they got the order even though it had been placed over two weeks ahead of time I never got any communication back from them. I will never use this company again it made a stressful situation even more stressful. They refunded me 50% on the yellow Spray and 15% on the heart.

They did not deliver as promised. They messed up a once in a lifetime event. You try to call, they play awful music on a loop and never pick up. After 33 minutes I gave up. Will be contesting payment thru visa. Terrible Company! Would give no stars if I could.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for getting me the basket on the same day. My neighbor suffered a house fire yesterday and is living on his porch right now. You should have seen the joy in his eyes when I delivered his basket. Thank you for helping this become a happy memory when it has been nothing but tears

I’m extremely disappointed with Flowershopping! The bouquet looked nothing like the photos online — they did call me for substitution and the attended guaranteed that only the flowers would be changed not the whole concept (I asked twice). The flowers sent were cheap and I could have order from a grocery store where I would have paid 3 times less. To make things worse, it arrived hour later than promised, which completely ruined the surprise I had planned (I did paid extra to be delivered before noon!!!) For the price I paid, I expected so much more. Definitely would not order from here again.

Flowershopping.com is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Do not trust this company. Not only did they deliver the wrong flowers. They delivered the wrong date into the wrong location and then only wanted to give me a 10 to 20% refund. Unacceptable rude unprofessional do not use this company avoid at all risk. They will take your money and give you nothing Even remotely close to what you ordered.

I ordered flowers for my daughter, who had a surgery. The flowers were suppose to be delivered withinin 24 hours. My daughter never received the flowers, so I called the next day and asked if they would get them to her within the next couple days. The customer service rep said that they called the florist, and they said they were delivered. They researched and found that the florist had no proof of delivery. They also called my daughter and she confirmed that she had not received the flowers. This was 8/14/25. I received an email stating that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. A month later, I still received no refund. I actually had to contact my credit card company, and they are fighting this as of today's date 10/6/25. Do not order flowers from here. It was a disappointing frustrating experience, and I am out $62.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO GET THE FLOWERS! My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday today, and they never arrived. My office closed at 4pm today, but the flower company didn’t deliver before then. When my husband called to ask what happened, they told him there was “nothing they could do” because Google showed business hours until 5pm — and they didn’t even bother to call him (the paying customer!) to confirm delivery details or let him know there was nobody available to receive them. A simple courtesy phone call would’ve gone a long way. Instead, it’s my birthday, and I didn’t get to see the flowers he picked out for me — and they weren’t even left for me to get tomorrow. On top of that, he doesn’t get a refund. Really disappointing experience. If you care about customer service or special occasions actually going right, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I received a call from the shop the day before delivery date and was informed that they could not fill my order on the set date. I was grateful for the call and considered it to be a classy move. I called my intended recipient and told them of the change. The arrangement arrived on the following day and was of excellent quality. The reason for four stars is the failure to deliver on promised date, but four and a half stars would be fairer if possible.

The experience was amazing. My daughter is hard to buy for I looked at so many different flower website and didn’t really like the arrangements. Then I found the perfect arrangement on the flower shopping website. My daughter lives in a different state so I needed something special for her birthday. She was so surprised and it made both of our days.

The “substitutions” are abysmal. If what they sent was what was on the listing I would have never purchased it. It cost $105 for what they sent.

order# 04850863 I ordered some flowers for my daughter’s birthday. I understand that depending on flower availability the arrangement can be slightly different but the arrangement received was all one color and looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I also paid extra for a balloon and my daughter did not receive the balloon. Flowers did not look as vibrant as I would have liked. I asked for a full refund and was told that the ballon might have flown away and was declined a full refund. I asked for a picture at delivery and they conveniently did not take one. I’m very unhappy with this order. I paid $68.80! Not worth it, don’t purchase from this business!!! They are not willing to refund my order.

Terrible customer service. Paid for Express delivery, but ordered from a florist that had no express delivery timeslots available. Then claimed it wasn’t their problem. It’s like talking to a wall with these people. Complete incompetence.

I was very pleased with the flower arrangement. It was even better looking than the picture I ordered from the nurses and patient were very pleased with them. I tried to add a photo, but this section of reviewwould not let me.
