If I was able to leave no stars I will do so. Paid $138.00 for a very expensive flowers arrangement for my friend and received a disgusting vase with the cheapest flowers they found. Come on I could have done better at publix but I'm working.

The flowers was dying & nothing like the picture neither was the vase I was better off going to Walmart or Publix don’t waste your money on this site

Horrible experience. My first Grandchild and the arrangement was a joke. They completely substituted what I ordered, I paid for a “WOW” arrangement for this very special occasion and my son and DIL received a sub par small arrangement in a vase that we never did figure out what it was, maybe a submarine?? Certainly not the red “It’s A Boy” metal wagon I paid for. Dont use this company.

The flowers were delivered while my mother, who turned 94 today, was attending mass. She told me that they were absolutely beautiful and even the wrapping was gorgeous. I want to thank you very much for bringing her such joy and she will be able to see the vibrant colours constantly when she is in her apartment.

I ordered flowers from this website. Didn't get email confirmation, and no flowers delivered. I tried to call the phone number listed, no one pick up the call. Please don't use this website to order any flowers!!!!

I don’t know where to start, I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers on their website, even stepped it up to the premium display. Received a phone call from customer service telling me about the delivery and everything and I made her go over what was in the premium floral arrangement and I was happy with what they were supposed to give me. Only to find out once they were delivered to the person I sent them to that the arrangement was nothing like I ordered and I mean nothing total disappointment and an embarrassment will never use this company again. and to be truthful with you if they didn’t have the exact arrangement they should’ve called the customer to have them pick another one that they like not just to have the freedom to send whatever the hell they like. I like to call that bad business.

I wanted to send a live plant to Canada. It was easy to order online and they were able to deliver early the next day. The plant was even larger and more beautiful than the photo. The recipients loved it.

I had ordered flowers for my anniversary. It never showed up. The next day I call and they said they will figure out what’s going on the third day we got the floweres the flowers don’t even have a good smell and the look dead already.

My order was marked as delivered and was not at the location. The first time I called in I was on hold for 45 minutes and then the phone conveniently disconnected. When I finally was on the phone with a representative I was told there would be an investigation and I would need to wait for a call back. Mind you the payment has been processed for this imaginary item I purchased from them. I trusted this company to send this to a loved one and now feel like I have been scammed and unheard from the company. I think it is really sad that when we want to share light in this world by sending a loved one beautiful flowers we now need to worry that they will receive nothing . . .but the payment processed no problem.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! Do not order from them!!! Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, they were never delivered. When I tried to call customer service, I was consistently rerouted to place a new order. When I asked them to transfer me to customer service, the call was dropped every time.

If I could give a 0 start I would. I bought an arrangement with a coffee mug, ballon and flowers and wrote a sweet card for a birthday. I also paid extra to delivery early. The order that arrived showed up late, no mug,ballon and the card was not what I wrote. Do not use this company their costumer service was awful gave me a 20% credit then after multiple emails 25%. The right thing would be to pay me back for all the missing items. Save your money consider another option.

Spent over $70 to receive a large bouquet with a nice square vase…instead received a small handheld bouquet with a mason jar vase…I emailed them they said it met their specifications and substitutions…don’t use!!!

I placed my order on Thursday to have them delivered on Monday, 1/14/26 for my daughters birthday. They were delivered to my daughters office at 9:00AM. The ordered the premium arrangement. They were beautiful, arranged well and very fresh. They remained beautiful for the entire week. Thank You.

HORRIBLE. My mother spent over $100 for a beautiful arrangement with bamboo and bird of paradise, but what I received was a cheap arrangement hastily cut from someone's yard. I understand that sometimes the arrangement will look different from what you ordered, but this is outrageous. The purple flower in the middle was wilting when it arrived. She has tried contacting the website for a refund, but no one will respond to her. I feel awful that she was scammed out of her money for some cheap carnations. Do not trust this website.

BEWARE: horrible experience with this flower site. The embarrassing flower arrangement that my mom received looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised, thrown together from someone's backyard like an afterthought at the end of the day. I even paid extra for premium. For the price I was charged ($100) this was unacceptable. There are no do-overs as birthdays are only once a year. I would not recommend this website for flowers to anyone and will not be ordering from this site again. Customer service has been no help and keeps giving me the runaround. They state on their site that customer satisfaction or a money-back guarantee, but nothing is being done. I should have known better than to try a new flower site. I will be sticking to 1-800-FLOWERS. They never disappoint.

I ordered flowers 1/16/29 to be deliver on 1/17/26 flowers weren’t Saturday or Sunday. I email them to cancel the order. Monday morning I track them and it say delivered. I spoke with someone on Monday he told me the order was canceled us I asked.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I absolutely would!!!! I placed an order at nearly 8:15 am. I received an email confirmation around 8:19 am and received another email at approximately 9:18 am stating that the flowers “are on the way!” It is now currently 8:30 PM and the flowers HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I called them at approximately 6:00 pm to check for an update, in which I ended up being on hold forever. When a representative finally picked up, she told me that the third party floral shop closed at 7 pm and they would try to reach them. She informed me that she had called them but unfortunately did not get a response. She continued to tell me to wait until 7 pm, to see if the flowers were delivered before then. She also informed me that I would be receiving a phone call back from a representative with an update about the flowers, which I never received. I told her I would be calling back around 7 PM, and so I did. I remained on hold for an hour until 8 pm. At 8 PM and automatic recording started to inform me that unfortunately customer service was now closed and to call back during business hours. Long story short, the flowers were never delivered, I could barely get a hold of customer service, and all I was told was that unfortunately nothing could be done for me. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with any form of business or online service.
