“I placed an order on the Wednesday (May 6) for Mother's Day, May 10, 2026. I checked flexible delivery (Friday through Sunday), and here we are on Monday evening and the flowers still haven't been delivered and even though they claim to have a Customer Service number, Customer Service has been no help. Twenty years of sending flowers to my mother twice a year (birthday and Mother's Day) and this has never happened with any of the other platforms I've used.”

“I want to share my disappointment about the flowers that were not delivered. I placed the order yesterday, and they were supposed to arrive today before 4:00 PM, as the recipient finishes her shift at that time. With Mother's Day coming up, I thought they would be ready for the increase in orders and deliveries that usually happens during this time. It seems there is a lack of awareness about how crucial timely delivery is for special occasions like this. If this is how they manage their business during busy periods without extra help, I worry about their future growth and ability to keep customers. Today, they lose one customer, but in the future, they could lose many more if this continues. This is only my second experience with their service, but I will definitely remember this when I think about my options for flower delivery in the future”

“Ordered flowers for Mothers Day, says delivered…never showed up. Called customer service, could barely understand the lady on the other line she said someone will contact me “within a day”. She could mot even confirm delivery address! Stay away”

“THANK YOU for sending the beautiful floral/plant arrangement for a recent funeral that we had. You told us that substitutions would be made and they looked great!!! The only down side was that I was unable to track my order to find out its progress, but when I emailed you, I was answered back, almost immediately. I would order from them again.”

“They delivered my flowers to the wrong address. Then when they called they did nothing about it. The person I sent them to had to go and hunt them down. This is not the purpose of DELIVERY.”

“Today's my grandson first birthday. I ordered a beautiful arrangement with the yellow Happy Birthday mylar balloon, teddy bear, yellow mug with a picture- slice of cake, and lastly extra latex balloons mixed colors. Delivery went very well. Beautiful flowers! But where are my balloons. No latex balloons, no Happy Birthday mylar balloon. Unfortunately, no rectifying this issue today. I have to submit pictures to support my claim that we did not receive the correct balloons which could take several days to resolve. Heading out to purchase more balloons................”

“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! FLOWERS LOOK NOTHING LIKE PICTURED! They censor comments, and my negative review on their site is under review by moderation it says….. Ordered a bouquet for my niece’s 16 birthday for next day delivery. Flowers delivered look like a grocery store $4.99 bouquet, shoved in a vase, no bow. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING BASED IN MY EXPERIENCE. ITS EMBARASSING WHAT THEY DELIVERED.”

“This has to be the worst flower ordering, delivery service ever. I order $171.00 worth of flowers for Anniversary 3 days prior. On the date of my Anniversary 4/30 still waiting for delivery at 5:30 EST. I called several times beginning at: 8:00 AM was on hold for 32 minutes after being transferred 12:00 PM 15mins, 7mins, 9mins, then 30mins 5:30 28 mins. Contacting PayPal Worst Service Ever.”

“I ordered some yellow roses for my daughter, and she was totally pleased with them. They were bright and cheerful... it really brightened her day! The delivery was on the day specified. I wish that there could be an approximate window-time for delivery, so the recipient has an idea when that will be.”

“What a terrible flower delivery company. I ordered the deluxe Teleflora’s Possibly Pink, which they had listed on their website as $73.95. What I received was nothing like what was advertised on the website. It barely had any flowers and the vase was of lower quality. Nowhere near the value of what I paid for. I’m aware that their policy allows for substitutions, but they are supposed to substitute with equal or higher value items, which they clearly didn’t with me. I’ve reached out to their customer service (if you can even call them that), and I’ve been going back and forth with them trying to get a refund or the proper valued item sent to me. They had the audacity to tell me that the item I received is of a $75 value. Like what? Stay away from this company. Absolutely terrible. I’d give zero stars if I could.”

“Horrible! I paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time. I gave 2 hours extra. They did not come. I had to leave. They came and were dead in the front porch by the time I got home. No refund. I disputed the charge and lost. This was a $90 lesson. Don’t do it!!”
