I bought my Mom flowers for Mother's Day and she was very happy with them. The arragement was perfect and she loved the basket the flowers where in. They where very quick about delivering them. I also got ballons with my order. They where from the 7 fur babies and that made my Mom"s day. Once agian thank you for both mine and my mom's day wonderful

My experience with Flowershopping.com was extremely disappointing and the customer service was very bad. I live out of state and order Mother's Day flowers for my sister. We lost our mom and only have each other. One attached photo is what was ordered, the other is what was delivered. When I reached out the to customer service for support, I was basically told too bad the florist stands behind their work. Well the work is horrible! Worst experience I have had and horrible customer service.

I placed an order on May 4, 2025, to be delivered on May 12, 2025. They charged me extra $10, saying 5/12 was a day after Mother's Day. I paid a "Rush Fee" to get the flower delivered by noon on May 12. It is now 5 pm on May 12, and the flower has not been delivered yet. I spoke with a staff on the phone but am not sure if or when the flower will be delivered. Extremely frustrating.

I ordered the “Dazzling Dahlia” premium bouquet from FlowerShopping.com for over $120 as a special Mother’s Day gift. My mom’s favorite flower is the dahlia — it’s the entire reason I chose this bouquet. What she received? A generic bouquet of cheap zinnias. Not a single dahlia in sight. I contacted customer service expecting them to fix the mistake. Instead, I was quickly brushed off. No refund, no partial credit, not even an apology. Their excuse? They say they can “substitute based on availability and value.” But substituting premium dahlias with inexpensive zinnias is NOT equivalent — it’s a bait-and-switch. This feels fraudulent. The product is advertised using a specific premium flower in the name, but they deliver something entirely different and of lesser value. That’s dishonest. If you care about getting what you actually paid for, or want to send a meaningful gift, do NOT use FlowerShopping.com. There are much better and more trustworthy options out there.

Flowers were order on a Wednesday for a Thursday-Sunday with preference on Sunday. Saturday night I get an email the order is delayed until Monday. On Sunday I get an email that they canceled my flower order for Mother’s Day! Terrible service! Still waiting on a refund!

Wow is all I can say. The gentleman who helped me order this over the phone was lovely. iPhone them and the night before and it was delivered the next morning very impressed how fast it was done and how beautiful the bouquet of flowers looks and the price was reasonable.

Says ordered was delivered for Mother’s Day and it was not. Every time I try to call and talk to customer service they hang up. Don’t waste your time or money. Must be a scam

Ordered flowers for same day delivery (with a flex of that day up to two days later) - flowers were not delivered on the date requested so sent an email that said I would get a response within 24hrs. Next day, past the 24hr mark, still had not heard so called customer service. It was past hours for service but the person on the phone still created a ticket for me. Got an email response within an hour (interesting...) asking what I would like done. I responded and asked for a full refund and have yet to hear back from them. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Also, they only state that their website is in USD AFTER placing an order so as a Canadian I was a bit shocked at the actual cost.

I was really disappointed with the flower arrangement I ordered from FlowerShopping.com for my mom on Mother’s Day. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the one pictured online. I had chosen an arrangement that was supposed to feature pretty pink flowers mixed with roses and purple blooms, but what arrived was mostly green foliage with only a few scattered flowers. It lacked the vibrant, cheerful look I was expecting, and it just didn’t feel special enough for such an important occasion. I hope FlowerShopping.com takes more care in accurately representing their arrangements in the future

First of all, I ordered flowers on May 7 to be delivered to my mom and mother in law on May 8. I received an email for both orders saying the order was cancelled because the credit card authorization wasn’t completed. So either your company messed up or the florist because I had confirmation numbers for both orders. My mom stayed home all day waiting for the delivery. I called on May 9 and talked to Paris twice. The second time she took my information on two different tickets and was going to send them to the “front of the line” so I could get this MESS straightened out and find out what happened. Well, here it is Monday morning AFTER Mothers Day and I never got a call back. Thanks for the “help”. I had problems last year with your company (the flowers were late and in horrible condition and had to be replaced) and tried again this year thinking it was just a glitch. I will NEVER use your company again!

Stunning! They did have some replacements obviously so it was not exact. The florist just uses the flowers that have at that time that match the theme. But all the flowers were fresh, beautiful and had the purple theme I ordered. Delivery was on the exact day I chose even though I chose the option that they could come later. Amazing! Thank you!

I placed an order on April 18th to be delivered on May 1st. You would think with that much notice that they would be delivered. I called that night and the next day to check the status and they couldn’t provide one. The flowers were never delivered. DO NOT use them.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for delivery on May 8th, the Thursday before Mother’s Day. On Thursday, I get an email saying that they can’t deliver until Monday the 12th, the day after Mother’s Day. I sent an email in response asking why they can’t deliver on Thursday. Then they cancel the order completely!! I called their call center in India, and they tell me that I cancelled the order!! Complete garbage and what disgraceful customer service. Never again.

Scam. Received an email that the flowers were delivered however they were not. I called the customer service and they made it seem like they were reaching out to the florist they used. Which they could not give me the name of the florist. Eventually they said that the in network florist was too far and couldn’t be delivered. I reminded them of the delivery confirmation email I received and they didn’t have a reason why it was sent. Will be disputing with my credit card company.

BEWARE this company's prices are all in US dollars!! Even during final check out the price remained at $208.00 but after the order was placed my credit card was charged $288!! Such a sneaky company! The arrangement we ordered wasn't great either, it looked like something you'd get from the grocery store. Their substitution policy also states that, "If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available we will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available flowers. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value." That would be a great substitution policy to follow, however, they substituted the majority of the beautiful yellow roses for YELLOW DAISIES! And we had even upgraded to the deluxe version!!! We were so disappointed. When I reached out to the company with a photo, they contacted the florist and said that the policy was followed exactly LOL! I had asked for a full refund, and was denied. Even a discount would've made this experience ok, but terrible resolution to a clear problem. Other family members also ordered from this company too on the same day I did, and they received a completely different arrangement than what was ordered! And the additional stuffed animal added to their order, was not even delivered. SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Go with a company that is local and talk with a florist you trust. Kicking myself for ordering from here, my loss is your gain, save your money. I hope this helps someone. My grandmother has cancer and we wanted these to be perfect for her in the hospital, so disappointing.

Ordering experience was professional; flower arrangement was as expected and the flowers were fresh; delivery was as scheduled. It was disappointing to discover that the billing was in American dollars. This should be clearly indicated on your website but it is not. I would not order again specifically because of this, as the exchange rate is too high.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Teacher Appreciation Week. Her favorite color is purple. The flowers were exactly what I wanted. She loved the flowers and her students kept saying all day how pretty they were and that they smelled so good. I will definitely be placing more orders with you. Service is great!! Do NOT use this company!! I ordered same day delivery for a friend whose mother had passed away. I received an email saying they were delivered, when they weren’t I called customer service and they told me they would be there soon. Next day still not there. Unable to talk to anyone for a refund or delivery. Not dependable and awful customer service!!!!!
