Never leave review but I had to with this one. Ordered flowers for a funeral was supposed to be delivered Thursday, they called me and said they couldn’t fulfill the request. They asked if they could deliver it Friday, annoying but I said yes. Then they proceed to call me again saying they couldn’t deliver it Friday and asked if they could re route the delivery like that would do me any good. Their customer service sounds like it’s based in another country so they can’t really do anything for you. You have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before you can even talk to someone. I’m currently on hold with them right now just hoping they can get the flowers there before the service today (Saturday) when initially it was supposed to be delivered Thursday like I stated before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM! Go for a local shop! My call was supposed to be answered in 10 minutes 30 minutes ago. Also the man on the phone lied to me and said they didn’t charge me a fee for same day delivery, but they did and I never got the same day delivery. Now there is a grieving mom with a 21 year old dead son and she couldn’t even get him flowers. So disappointing.
