I ordered a cross for a funeral costing $197.00; what was delivered was a much cheaper value spray, not at all what I ordered or paid for. Difficult to reach a human being on the phone for complaint. Refused refund so I will file complaint with credit card and better business bureau . DONT USE THIS COMPANY
