“There was a problem with the address , my fault ,but it was quickly straightened out and the flowers were delivered . They were beautiful and just what I had ordered .”

“#1 The flowers are beautiful and the gifts that came with them were much appreciated by our granddaughter who is in hospital to await the arrival of her second child. It's been stressful as she isn't due for another 2 months, so I am happy FlowerShopping was able to deliver. Customer service was prompt and solved a minor problem with delivery, immidiately. Thank you. It's like being able to send a hug when you can't be there physically”

“I live in Iowa. I have been so disappointed with so many shops across the U.S. that I got online. I needed an arrangement for a special couple in Bakersfield. I chose FlowerShopping.com because I found an arrangement that I was perfect. I received a picture from recipient of the order. They loved them and they were perfect!!! Looked as good as the picture if not better. They actually CALLED me and let me know that I had ordered too late for delivery that day but would be sent out the next day. I for sure would order from them again.”

“I purchased a beautiful bouquet of flower for my Best friend for her 60th birthday. I had sent it to wrong address but customer service helped me in 24 hours to resent her again the order with no extra charge. Flowers were beautiful in the website but when my friend received her gift she was in tears how beautiful the flowers were. This was the best experience, the price was very good. I would definitely come back, I appreciate best customer service and flowers are incredibly beautiful. Attached are the images of her flowers I’m speechless. Thank you!”

“This was the 1st time I had ordered from the flower shop. It was for a funeral for family and was very important to me for them. The dish garden was delivered and I was sent a picture of it. It is beautiful! I would definitely order again from flower shop. I did call flowershop to tell them I pleased I was.”

“I contacted the Flower Shopping Center by email and made my order. They have a great selection of cut flowers on their website. I picked out the Pink flower arrangement and selected the date of delivery. The flowers were delivered as requested and they also put the flowers in a Pink vase. My best friend was extremely pleased. Also the note I requested to be delivered with the flowers was just what I wanted to write. Thanks, FlowerShopping.com for making my friend very happy. Will be happy to use your services again in the future.”

“the order was placed on line from another state. the order was placed late at night and had forgotten to include a message on the card. I later sent a request to get the message added and in the morning it was added. The flowers were delivered per the stated date and were fresh and beautiful. Will use the services again”

“My order was incorrect amd I emailed customer service. My flowers and gifts were delivered the following day with everything I asked for and she kept the original order. Mistakes happen in business, how they are addressed is what sets a bad company apart from a great one. Perfect recovery.”

“I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation towards this delivery which I honestly didn’t think it would happen especially ( and as it was ordered in short noticed) when I requested it at 8 am since my friend s birthday was going to get busy and with visitors and quests I didn’t think she wasn’t going to be home later on during the day, but it ABSOLUTELY DID HAPPEN and you all were outstanding in making it happen 👏👏 This makes me very happy and with all that sincerity I want to thank all of you who participated in putting together this beautiful design of floral arrangement and delivery and I will for sure use you in the future again and also recommended you in great references I really am Impressed and thank you again for all your efforts and dedication! “First time using Flowershopping.com and they did a wonderful job. The floral selection was exactly what I picked and the sediment I wanted on the card was hand written which was a lovely touch. They were delivered on time considering I ordered from 1000 miles away. I’ve had many issues in the past with other well known floral delivery companies. Using Flowershopping.com was worth it and will again!!!! Thank you”
