“This is my first time ordering a funeral arrangement. Since we couldn't be at the funeral I got nervous and called customer service to confirm the delivery. The team did an excellent job clarifying everything for us. The family of the deceased shared with us later that the flower arrangement was beautiful and was delivered on time.”

“I received a beautiful bouquet from my daughter, who lives out of town, Dover a week ago. The flowers are as vibrant as the day that they were delivered. The Lillies are just opening. I am enjoying the white flowers in a blue vase. I certainly will recommend Rays Flower shop to my friends. The delivery gentleman was very pleasant as well.”

“I ordered flowers the same morning of delivery and the flowers were just like I ordered from the selection picture. My daughter sent me a picture she was so impressed with them. They were unique lavender colors and I thought for sure wouldn’t look like the sample but they were! In addition, a company with extraordinary customer service! I forgot to add who the flowers were from and I was personally called a couple hours after ordering to get that info from me — “Love, Mom”. So your company is tops in 3 categories—Delivery on time same day as order, flowers as beautiful as the order picture and top notch customer service. I’m saving your website for the future. So happy that sending last minute flowers from Las Vegas to Michigan went so perfectly!”

“The flowers were delivered while my mother, who turned 94 today, was attending mass. She told me that they were absolutely beautiful and even the wrapping was gorgeous. “I placed my order on Thursday to have them delivered on Monday, 1/14/26 for my daughters birthday. They were delivered to my daughters office at 9:00AM. The ordered the premium arrangement. They were beautiful, arranged well and very fresh. They remained beautiful for the entire week. Thank You.”

“To all of those of you who so beautifully put together the Birch Cross funeral arrangement, my sincerest thanks! My son let me know that his wife and her family thought it was the most beautiful arrangement they received for their dad’s service today. He sent pictures and it surely fulfilled my expectations and then some. SO pretty! Thanks again and if I should need flowers again for another occasion, I know who I will call!”
