“It was one day before my mom's funeral and after much grief, stress and preparation my sister and I realized there were no flowers ordered. It was almost evening with barely any funds left I used my last and was able to order an arrangement specifically for my Mom's coffin. I then had to call a customer service representative because my order was lost while I was completing the purchase and the rep was very helpful. My sister and I were fearful that the arrangement would not arrive in time for the funeral, but thank God it was the only floral arrangement but was so beautifully arranged. Thank you so much and God bless you all.”

“I ordered this floral arrangement for my friend’s mother funeral. When I placed the order, I chose something just like the photo, and I received exactly what I selected. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and the delivery. Customer service reached out to me to confirm the name that would go on the ribbon, which I really appreciated. “I was shopping for flowers for my daughter who had her first child. I chose flowers and paid. The were to arrive the next day. Then I read some of the reviews and got very nervous since I have been scammed in the past. This turned out to be the best experience I have had in ordering flowers. I called them the day of delivery and they told me delivery was on for that day. My call was answered promptly and they even called me back to tell me the exact time they would be delivered. All correspondence was professional and helpful. My daughter received the flowers exactly when they said she would. She sent me photos and they were even more beautiful and larger than the photo I looked at to select the flowers for my purchase. I don't understand why people left poor reviews. My experience was excellent. When ever I need flowers again this is exactly where I will go to make my purchase. Thank you for making my experience so smooth with wonderful results.”
