What I ordered was premium this looks like it came from a thrift store, flowers are nothing like I ordered, the vase is not the same and the ribbon is terrible.. will never order from them again! This differently not premium!!!!

Horrible company/service. Ordered a fruit basket for $96. It arrived a day late and had a handful of fruit that looks like it was picked from the garbage. And their delivery person was a creeper.

They did not deliver the flowers as ordered. If 'blue' flowers and white lilies are not in season as ordered and pictured on your website, you should not 'substitute' with yellow sunflowers and lavender mums!! Also, the mums were turning brown when delivered. You can only 'complain' via email - there is only 1 person who answers a phone and she is remote and can't transfer any calls. The only way to get a response is via email. They do not respond promptly - be aware- they are on the west coast. Extremely dissatisfied. Do not trust that the flowers you ordered will be delivered.

I paid for a premium bouquet 87 USD, but what was delivered was looking so miserable. I could buy a better bouquet from Walmart for 15 CAD! Shame on you!!

I placed an order on Dec 16th for delivery on the 23rd, this is a Christmas bouquet for someone in Dayton im in Cincinnati, they weren't delivered on the 23rd I called customer service at 10am on the 24th after being on hold for 25 mins they said they couldn't get into touch with the florist and would follow up with me, I never heard back so at 3pm on the 24th I called was only on hold 15 mins then was told my order was canceled im like what...I didnt get the email until 4pm on the 24th. I couldn't find another florist because of the late cancelation, this is not very good customer service, I thought I was ordering from a family owed business that has been in business since 1910, I know one thing I will never order from this place again, this was my first and last experience with them...I would give a 0 star if I could

I ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered to the Church for my nephew's service at 11:00 a.m. At 1:50 pm that day they sent a notice saying we cannot find a Florist in that area and cannot deliver to that Zip Code and your order is canceled. This company is totally unreliable. Do not use them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Received this email same day my order was supposed to be delivered. I placed the order 2 weeks in advance. Extremely disappointed. Please find somewhere else to order your flowers from!

I paid extra for a larger arrangement I paid extra for rush delivery which she did not get until a day later and I paid for chocolates that my mother never received tried to contact customer service was on hold for about 2 hrs with no response no email no call Do not order from this web site I have pictures to prove what my mother got for $ 120!

What a joke. Spent $80 on a holiday bouquet to include white roses and red carnations. Recieved a $30 bouquet with only carnations. Customer service is a joke. Can't get anyone on the phone during business hours. Would highly NOT recommend this service unless you want to overpay and be disappointed with your purchase.

I’ve been on hold for 30 mins to request a refund for the $5 poinsettia they sent after I ordered a $40 Christmas Cactus :( For a while it said my call would be answered in 13 mins and now it’s back up to 20 mins.

Oder one beautiful bouquet and received the temu vision of what I ordered. Very disappointed $80 on trash not the same flowers not even the same vase couldn’t even get the right bow or color or size. Horrible experience

30 minutes before de funeral they sent me an email saying there was no outlet close to the delivery area, and I placed the order a week before the funeral date. They also gave me the option or re-route but I needed to pay more for that. This was a really disappointing experience and they were more than unprofessional!!!

Placed order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Tracking said out for delivery. Late Friday night got call saying the flowers were out of stock could they substitute with roses. OK delivery now on Saturday. Tracking said out for delivery. I called them for status. Got an email while I was on hold saying my order has been canceled and getting a refund as they don't deliver in that area. Don't use this company.

These guys suck. Paid for and specified delivery dates and time block 3 hrs after last time in block. Still no delivery Customer um. Service lol dropped my call 3 times Useless is kind do NOT use them

Horrible experience. Flowers were never delivered, no way to speak to a customer service supervisor. They won't give you contact info for the actual florist fulfilling your order. Cancelled the order and now having to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. Don't even think about giving this shady company your business. You'll be disappointed and majorly frustrated!
