Never leave review but I had to with this one. Ordered flowers for a funeral was supposed to be delivered Thursday, they called me and said they couldn’t fulfill the request. They asked if they could deliver it Friday, annoying but I said yes. Then they proceed to call me again saying they couldn’t deliver it Friday and asked if they could re route the delivery like that would do me any good. Their customer service sounds like it’s based in another country so they can’t really do anything for you. You have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before you can even talk to someone. I’m currently on hold with them right now just hoping they can get the flowers there before the service today (Saturday) when initially it was supposed to be delivered Thursday like I stated before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM! Go for a local shop! My call was supposed to be answered in 10 minutes 30 minutes ago. Also the man on the phone lied to me and said they didn’t charge me a fee for same day delivery, but they did and I never got the same day delivery. Now there is a grieving mom with a 21 year old dead son and she couldn’t even get him flowers. So disappointing.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHINH FROM THIS COMPANY.....YOU WILL REGRET IT (TRUST ME). THE PRODUCTS WILL TOTALLY LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THEIR WEBSITE. THE FLOWERS WILL BE HALF DEAD/OLD. GOOD LOOK GETTING YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED. THEY WILL PHOTO SHOP AND USE AI TO COUNTER THE PRODUCT THEY DELIVER. THEY WILL OFFER YOU 10% ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE FOR BEING DISATISFIED. LOL

Went to 1-800 Flowers website and was redirected here. Ordered at 9:00am (ET)for same day delivery. Got a call at 4:50 pm that they couldn't fulfill the order explaining their designer was too far away to make it work. Meanwhile there are no less than 5 flower shops within a 5 mile radius of the delivery address. Offered to upgrade me and deliver tomorrow but I asked for my money back. Hopefully they'll process the refund. Won't make this mistake again. Next time I'll Google flower shops in the town and order directly from them.

They tried to increase the price of the item by 33% of total cost including shipping the *day* before delivery. It took several hours to even get in contact with them. I have never experienced a more clear bait and switch. I cancelled and will find a more reputable business.

I had an awful experience with this shop. Wanted to send flowers for my friend’s birthday . I ordered 2 days in advance. The night before, I had a call saying there is no flower shop in their chain in that area so they have asked a local shop and they charge $18 extra and I need to cover half of it. I accepted. The next day I kept checking and it wasn’t delivered till 5 pm when after staying on hold for 10 minutes someone answered and repeated the same scenario as the night before!! This time the local shop was charging another extra $15. It was already my friend’s birthday! So I was frustrated. I told them this is not acceptable. There was no apologies or any understanding . It meant that’s what they do to all orders and it’s not important when or if it happens after charging the customers so much. I cancelled my order. I DO NOT recommend this shop at all. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, paid extra for same day delivery… when I called the guy took my information and said someone would get back to me.. when I called back the place was closed….it was only 15 minutes that I spoke to him….will never use them again….

Waited 3 days to get my flowers they were never delivered. Customer service is horrible I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTGING FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered a stunning looking arrangement that was the top result on google. I paid $140. That included $6 to have it delivered before noon the next day. Not only did it not arrive before noon, but it did not arrive at all. It arrived the following day, an entire day and a half late. To add insult to injury, they swapped out the flowers I chose, which were very exotic, for a standard looking, below average bouquet of flowers that I could’ve bought at Publix. They were much cheaper than the ones I bought. When I raised a complaint, they offered me five dollars off my next order and sent me a link to their substitution policy. The policy, which I had not read, states that they can swap out your flowers for different ones. I was trying to buy my mom a birthday gift but instead I was scammed.

Placed on order a week before the date of delivery. Payed for the rush before 12pm delivery. They called me at 11:45 AM the day of the supposed delivery to tell me I have to pay an extra $40 because they can’t find a flower retailer. So they wanted me to pay an extra $40 to have the flowers delivered 3 hours later than the time I paid for (rush delivery) and they waited til the last minute to do so. Completely unprofessional, will never give a dime to this company again

This was a terrible experience. It ruined a moment that was supposed to be heartfelt. I paid about $120 for this service. For a premium bouquet and got a $35 bouquet instead. It seems like they take our money and give the flower shops only a little to fulfill the order. You’re better off just going local.

Horrible experience. I ordered one arrangement and received something completely different. I am also being charged twice for them. I have been dealing with customer service and they say there isn’t anything they can do and to call their financial institution. DONT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM!!! What a rip off.

Ordered one thing and they delivered another. Paid for rush delivery and it was delivered hours later after the time it was supposed to be delivered. Customer service is the worst they don’t reply. Never would I buy from them again

Worst Florist Experience I’ve Ever Had I’ve never dealt with a company so incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional as Flower Shopping. I ordered a birthday basket for my pregnant daughter-in-law — a very meaningful gift since I live in another state and couldn’t be there in person. On the day of delivery, I received no email, no tracking, no confirmation. When I called, I was bluntly told: “We’re sorry, we can’t deliver it today.” No explanation. No apology. No solution. Just a complete failure. I was furious and heartbroken. I made it very clear I wanted the order canceled, and I immediately bought from another florist — one that actually does their job. Later, I was shocked when my daughter-in-law messaged me thanking me for the basket — from Flower Shopping. So they went ahead and delivered an order I had canceled, after telling me they couldn’t do it. Then they had the nerve to call me saying they were going to charge me anyway, despite admitting I had canceled it. The final straw? They called my pregnant daughter-in-law and told her they were going to take the gift back. How cruel and disgusting can a company be? Flower Shopping is unethical, careless, and completely lacking in decency. They don’t care about your special moments — they only care about taking your money, no matter what damage they cause. Avoid this company at all costs.

I will never order from them again. They care nothing for their customers and have horrible customer service. I ordered one thing online that said it had specific flowers in them. When it was delivered it did not have a single flower in it that I wanted. Then, they substituted all the more premium flowers that were wanted with cheaper filler flowers like carnations. When I contacted customer service they just told me too bad and hid behind some fine print statement and told me they didn’t have to do anything for me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT order from Flowershopping.com — dishonest, careless, and dangerous. I placed a $115+ order for a specific orchid-only arrangement, and what was delivered was a cheap, mismatched bouquet filled with random flowers — including lilies, which are highly toxic to cats. My girlfriend has cats, and this could have turned into a deadly situation had we not caught it in time. What’s worse? They never contacted me to approve substitutions — despite having done so in a previous order. Their own customer service rep admitted the arrangement wasn’t filled to value and wasn’t what I ordered, but they still refused a full refund. Instead, they offered a measly 20% refund, which they processed without my consent just to close the issue. This company shows zero care for product accuracy, no respect for customer communication, and clearly doesn’t take pet safety seriously. Avoid Flowershopping.com at all costs — they will take your money, send you whatever they feel like, and then gaslight you when you complain. Save yourself the headache. Shop elsewhere

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give them 0 stars if possible. My Best Friend sent me flowers and 10 of the 12 roses had brown edges and looked old. 3 of the carnations were old and on day 2 one carnation was dead. Another was dead on day 3 and the roses continued to pitifully wilt. The customer service is terrible and we requested a full refund. No response other than to offer more old flowers but that is unsatisfactory. The occasion has passed and it was marked by this pitiful flower arrangement. REFUND REFUND REFUND

First picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what I got. There is no comparison. It was partially dead and damaged. It was an embarrassment, and the company refused to refund me. They were completely rude and cold. A scamming company with many other online stores selling the exact same flowers and many other unhappy customers.

I ordered a large plants for my daughter in Ca. Besides delivering after her b.day the driver made 5 calls to me & 1 to her. My daughter received a scrawny plant less then half the size I paid for. I pd $90 & they want to give me 20% back. I want them to take the plant back. I was embarrassed when my daughter sent me the picture. I see why everyone gives them a 1star. I'm fighting this everyway I can. I wish I knew how to download what I ordered & what I got.

Ordered flowers for anniversary. Set date for delivery, paid, they never came! Called customer service, they apologized, said a new fantastic floral arrangement will be sent out… day later was told sorry they couldn’t find floral shop to accept order. But a refund was on the way.. WORST ONLINE SHOP EVER!!!!!!
