I would advise buying your flowers somewhere else. They're right even when their wrong. I spent $107.15 for an arrangement and got the Wal-Mart special. I complained about the first flowers sent in a vase. Not even close to what I ordered. It took 3 days for them to have another arrangement and still was not correct! I asked for a partial refund and was denied. Don't deal with this company, cause you'll be very disappointed. They don't send what is pictured. Dint know why they even have pictures. Attached is what should have been and what was delivered.

Ordered an arrangement for same day delivery and ordering has been processing for hours, I call to receive a status and told me all the florist are refusing the order and they are still looking for a florist, definitely not a good place to order from when you need something special.

I ordered a Yellow Miniature Rose Plant in a basket with a bow from FlowerShopping.com for a friend who was recovering from surgery. What was delivered was nothing close, just a few cut flowers (including two peach roses and some chrysanthemums) loosely arranged in a glass vase, without even a bow. It wasn’t a rooted plant, wasn’t yellow roses, and wasn’t in a basket. This does not follow their own substitution policy. Before ordering, I called the company directly to get an assurance that if a substitution was necessary, I would be notified in advance so I could cancel. That did not happen. Because it was a delivered, surprise gift, I only found out about the switch when the recipient sent me a photo of the unexpected flowers much later. The card message was also mishandled. Rather than a proper florist’s enclosure, it was a folded piece of paper stuck into the arrangement, offering very brief sender information which left the recipient confused. Customer service told me a full refund would only be issued if the local florist who they used, went to the recipient’s house and took the flowers back, which is both impractical and insensitive, especially for someone recovering from surgery. This is a delivery-only business. By their logic, they are never held completely responsible and never issue full refunds unless the flowers are taken back, even if the product is completely wrong. I didn’t know about the error until it was too late because the flowers had died (which may not have happened if the intended rooting plant was delivered). Besides, I would not have wanted them to return to the home of someone recovering from surgery just to take back a gift meant to comfort her. After multiple emails, they offered to refund only 25% of the product price before delivery, plus $5 for the card error which never came. This entire experience was completely unsatisfactory! I will not use them again and recommend others look elsewhere, especially when kindness and reliability matter.

I sent flowers to my family and selected the “as shown” option. The bouquet is shown tall, with multiple roses and many other flowers. What we received looks nothing like the photo. There is only one rose that looks brown and a couple carnations in the back. The flowers are cut super short, and the bouquet looks very plain and not fresh. I am very disappointed in this order and embarrassed to have sent it to my daughter in law.

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and they did not show up when they were suppose to. I called customer service and they said they cant deliver them for two more days. Her birthday would have passed by then. I had to get a refund and find somewhere else.

They advertise as a local shop. Ordered flowers for my Aunts Funeral. They called me 1 hour before real local shops close and said they could not deliver the flowers tomorrow. They do this when people are grieving. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

When i order the flowers, I paid for express delivery by 1pm. That didn't happen. Then it didn't happen day one. Received an email stating will be delivered the next day. So I call customer service 3x and each time they placed me on hold and tried calling the florist. They came back, and said the florist is not answering. So they couldn't get an update on delivery status. Finally at 6pm the second day I ended up canceling the order. Now still waiting on a refund. Wonder how long or how many phone calls it will take for that to happen. They don't guarantee anything. I will never try them again.

Placed an order for flowers and balloons to be delivered the next day. Only to be greatly disappointed the next day when I received an email stating they do not deliver to that area. Why accept the order and charge my credit card if you CANT follow through.

I ordered my wife’s favourite flowers to be delivered to her office on her birthday. I had to be away for work that day, so I paid extra for rush delivery to make sure she received them while she was at work. Despite several follow-ups and confusing answers from customer service, the flowers were delivered hours late, completely missing the moment. And the worst part? They sent a potted orchid — something she doesn’t even like. I found out later that Flowershopping is just an online middleman. They take your order and forward it to the cheapest florist they can find, without caring about quality or accuracy. When I complained, their response was: “The order was done correct to recipe and substitution policy using flowers of equal/higher… we are not able to assist in the complaint.” No responsibility, no apology, and no refund. Don’t waste your money or ruin a special moment. Order directly from a local florist to support small businesses, avoid poor substitutions, and actually get what you paid for. Avoid Flowershopping — they’re just an online middleman profiting off bad service.

I searched online for a local florist in my son’s town, and evidently got redirected to this company . I ordered a $49.99 flower and it ended up totaling $92. If I order before 3 it would be delivered today. They sent me an email saying they didn’t have the exact one I had picked out and would substitute. I called to cancel and each “department” (pick 1, pick 2 etc) couldn’t transfer me to the proper department so I had to call back to get to the correct department and then 10 min wait after I’d already been on the phone for 10 min. Tried to cancel through credit card, but couldn’t have to wait to dispute. It was delivered today. I don’t believe it look like what I ordered and certainly doesn’t look like $92 worth. I’m very disappointed!

I ordered a Grande Gourmet Fruit Basket - Premium for $200 - paid extra for the Premium. It was for my 36 years wedding anniversary and a surprise for my wife. The basket looked very nice in the website photos. But... the surprise was mine. Instead of the nice basket, I received a "Dollar Tree" plastic bowl, filled with cheap paper strips, and just a fraction of the nice products they showed it would come in the site photo. If I went myself to Walmart and had spent less than $50 on products, I would have gotten something 10x better than what I received. What a shame. Will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered a bouquet for my sister’s birthday from a website, and they sourced 62 flowers to fulfill the order. The experience was a complete disaster. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong address which is nowhere near the intended location, adding significant inconvenience. The quality of the delivery was even more disappointing. The photo of what I ordered (a Deluxe Rose Medley with over 12 roses and a variety of 3 flower types) shows a full, vibrant arrangement, while what was received had only 7 roses and just 2 types of flowers, with a whole variety missing. This under filled arrangement, costing $147 CAD with delivery, was barely worth $50CAD in value. The substitution of full roses for spray roses, the lack of flower diversity, delivery error and underfilled arrangement has left me feeling utterly ripped off. Not only that but the balloon wasn’t filled fully and looks like it was filled weeks ago. Not impressed at all!!

The order I placed was refused because the delivery address was outside the florists delivery area. That would be understandable but I was not contacted and thanks to a poor business practice my wife received NOTHING from me on her birthday. Thanks for not only nothing but for making sure I couldn’t make other arrangements in time also!👎

I ordered a basic fruit basket to be delivered to a patient at a hospital. It had 2 bananas, a pear, 2 or 3 apples some red grapes and some green grapes and a pineapple. At an extra cost i added a small bouquet and a Mylar balloon. My total cost was over $100!! It took 2 1/2 days to get it and it wasn’t anywhere equal for what I paid. I DON’T recommend anyone to use this service!!

I placed an order with this company based on what was advertised: seamless delivery and reliable service. After completing my purchase, I was told they couldn’t fulfill the order because they don’t have a florist in the area — something that should have been made clear before taking my payment. To make matters worse, they tried to push the cost of their mistake onto me, asking for an extra $12 to use an outside florist. This wasn’t my fault — yet they refused to take full responsibility or honor the price I was originally quoted. Customer service was dismissive and made no real effort to make it right. This experience was not only disappointing — it was completely unprofessional. It felt like bait-and-switch advertising followed by a lack of accountability. I ultimately canceled the order and will never use this company again. If you value transparency, reliability, and honest service — look elsewhere. This is not a company you can trust.

Flowers were not delivered o n time. Still waiting g for delivery. Customer service was terrible! Sent and email and called 3 times before I got a customer service representative. Extremely dissatisfied. Would NEVER recommend!!!

Horrible experience nothing actually delievered, customer service useless, no actual follow through, follow up and still nothing. Asked if they can not deliever to reimburse the amount and still nothing follow up so I paid for something that was never delivered, they could care less and the surprise was completely ruined . So many other options do your self a favor and go some where else.

Terrible. Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. When I called at 9:30om to see why they had not been delivered I was told they were “still out for delivery. When I said “at 10pm?!” The customer service rep told me “oh - we don’t deliver past 9pm - it will be tomorrow then”. Then she admitted that she couldn’t actually see my order status. Then I get an email the next more stating that the flowers I ordered were not available and that they would create something to send so that the “holiday occasion wouldn’t be missed”. Well it was already missed and it’s not going to be what I ordered. Never again.
