On Tuesday at 9 am we placed an order for some flowers for a coworker whose sister had passed away a few days earlier, with the note that we need the flowers before 3:30 on Wednesday, because at that time our coworker was leaving. We started calling at 1:42 pm and the service we received was horrible. They are an intermediary between local flower shops and customers, no one knew anything, they said they would pass the message on to customer service and that someone would call us, which never happened. Those who answer the phone are people from other countries because of the accent when they spoke in English. Finally, someone answered saying he was a local, not a foreigner. He refused to give us the flower shop's phone number, but called the driver, who said he would deliver the flowers between 4 and 5 pm., WHAT? no one will be at the office at that time, so no solution, no supervisor, nothing. First and last time to use that horrible service, my recommendation to go directly to your local flower shop.

Wish I would have researched reviews before purchasing. 3 days late on an order where I paid same day service. Cannot get anyone to help me! I have called and created a ticket and emailed their customer service department. I am livid. Pathetic company.

Do not use. Ordered flowers said they were delivered but were not. Then called and they couldn't give update on order or even cancel order so had to dispute with credit card company.

I ordered flowers for a sick family member. What she received was not even close to what I ordered and in no way comparable. The florist they used claimed they were comparable, see pics and judge for yourself. -10 stars is my rating

From California, I ordered flowers in the morning and they arrived the same day in Vancouver Cañada. My family had suffered a loss. A terrible sad day was made brighter with your very pretty healthy flowers. Thanks so much.

I had an issue with an order. It wasn’t really the Flower Shopping companies fault though. Just miscommunication between florists maybe. Anyway I emailed Flowershopping.com and they fixed the problem for me. The delivery ended up being a little later than expected but when it was delivered it was like over the top and done so well! They were very helpful and courteous the whole time! I highly recommend

My Mom in Victoria, went into hospital, and I’m in Edmonton, AB and they were very Helpful. I ordered their special and added a Mylar balloon and a small stuffy. My parents sent me their photo in hospital.

"Biggest Rip-Off Ever: Awful Bouquet and Shameless Service!" The bouquet was awful, both in size and color. The number of flowers and their color combination were completely off. It was nothing like what I ordered, and honestly, it was a disaster. It ruined my wife’s birthday. Some of the flowers were completely closed, and when I emailed them about it, they said the flowers would open within 3 days. That’s unacceptable! I feel like I’ve been robbed.

This place is a joke! I ordered a premium product and paid $150! It is so small and the only thing the same as the picture was the colour yellow so mad!!! They offered 25% back but don’t think I’ll even see that! The “vase” they used looks like it’s from the dollar store! DO NOT BUY from them!!!!

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Left instructions for them to be there at 10:45. They got there at 12:45 when the service was almost over the vase looks like it came from a garage sale and there was four roses in it and they were dying, and the other flowers were droopy. 113.00

Not only did they not deliver same day, it is now 4 days later and still not delivered. Also, when I called they told me the only way to contact them was by messaging, the person on the phone could not help me with my order. They have my money and have not delivered the flowers and I can't call them to check on my order. Very very very poorly run business.

We were sending flowers to a grieving family who just lost their dad. Flowers were charged to our account but the never were delivered. I have sent 2 messages but got no response. They say they are a family company but they don't seem to care about their customers. I would never buy flowers from this company. I would add a photo or video but they never received them. I do have a screenshot of my order and showing they charged me $91.06. They didn't have any problem taking our $$. So disappointed 👎😡
