“I ordered a premium bouquet and was sent an arrangement that was an amaturish version of the smallest version. It was kind of embarrassing to send as a gift. I would've never known had I not received a photo of the arrangement. The company offered to refund the difference between premium and regular, nothing else. They didn't seem terribly concerned. If you are trying to send a gift, you may not even know the item you sent was not attractive unless your recepient sends a photo. Trust is important, they don't have mine.”

“I placed my order for a heart bouquet and received nothing but yet the flowers were marked as delivered. This was supposed to be a surprise for my significant others birthday but I had nothing to show for it I would not recommend this place to use to get your loved ones flowers from.”

“I placed an order on 2/17 and had to call everyday to find out why they were not delivered. The plant I ordered was $127.01 and when I was shown the picture of the plant it looked like the florists went to a bush outside and cut about 4,sticks and placed in a pit of dirt. When I called customer service that they needed to send her another plant because this was unaccrptsble. They told me they would contact the receiver and go pick up the plant. Get this it’s for a sympathy. I told them that was the tidiest thing I had ever heard of. I told them to send another plant in hand that was acceptable. They said they could only pick up the plant and give me 30% refund. How rediculios is that. Nothing has happened and I honestly think this company is a rip off. I will never ever order from this company again.”

“I ordered flowers the same morning of delivery and the flowers were just like I ordered from the selection picture. My daughter sent me a picture she was so impressed with them. They were unique lavender colors and I thought for sure wouldn’t look like the sample but they were! In addition, a company with extraordinary customer service! I forgot to add who the flowers were from and I was personally called a couple hours after ordering to get that info from me — “Love, Mom”. So your company is tops in 3 categories—Delivery on time same day as order, flowers as beautiful as the order picture and top notch customer service. I’m saving your website for the future. So happy that sending last minute flowers from Las Vegas to Michigan went so perfectly!”

“The ordering process went well, however whoever delivered the flowers delivered it to the wrong address. Then I find out its not the flowers I ordered. I understand they do auto substitutions. But I really needed the birds of paradise and didn't get them. If they are out of stock or out of season they need to place those "out of stock". So people don't get disappointed. I wouldn't have wasted my money of I knew they were out of stock. They need to contact the customer before assuming what to replace them with. So they assumed, making them an ass out of them and me. Never ordering from them again.”

“If I was able to leave no stars I will do so. Paid $138.00 for a very expensive flowers arrangement for my friend and received a disgusting vase with the cheapest flowers they found. Come on I could have done better at publix but I'm working.”

“Horrible experience. My first Grandchild and the arrangement was a joke. They completely substituted what I ordered, I paid for a “WOW” arrangement for this very special occasion and my son and DIL received a sub par small arrangement in a vase that we never did figure out what it was, maybe a submarine?? Certainly not the red “It’s A Boy” metal wagon I paid for. Dont use this company.”

“The flowers were delivered while my mother, who turned 94 today, was attending mass. She told me that they were absolutely beautiful and even the wrapping was gorgeous. I want to thank you very much for bringing her such joy and she will be able to see the vibrant colours constantly when she is in her apartment.”

“I don’t know where to start, I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers on their website, even stepped it up to the premium display. Received a phone call from customer service telling me about the delivery and everything and I made her go over what was in the premium floral arrangement and I was happy with what they were supposed to give me. Only to find out once they were delivered to the person I sent them to that the arrangement was nothing like I ordered and I mean nothing total disappointment and an embarrassment will never use this company again. and to be truthful with you if they didn’t have the exact arrangement they should’ve called the customer to have them pick another one that they like not just to have the freedom to send whatever the hell they like. I like to call that bad business.”
