“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! FLOWERS LOOK NOTHING LIKE PICTURED! They censor comments, and my negative review on their site is under review by moderation it says….. Ordered a bouquet for my niece’s 16 birthday for next day delivery. Flowers delivered look like a grocery store $4.99 bouquet, shoved in a vase, no bow. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING BASED IN MY EXPERIENCE. ITS EMBARASSING WHAT THEY DELIVERED.”

“This has to be the worst flower ordering, delivery service ever. I order $171.00 worth of flowers for Anniversary 3 days prior. On the date of my Anniversary 4/30 still waiting for delivery at 5:30 EST. I called several times beginning at: 8:00 AM was on hold for 32 minutes after being transferred 12:00 PM 15mins, 7mins, 9mins, then 30mins 5:30 28 mins. Contacting PayPal Worst Service Ever.”

“I ordered some yellow roses for my daughter, and she was totally pleased with them. They were bright and cheerful... it really brightened her day! The delivery was on the day specified. I wish that there could be an approximate window-time for delivery, so the recipient has an idea when that will be.”

“What a terrible flower delivery company. I ordered the deluxe Teleflora’s Possibly Pink, which they had listed on their website as $73.95. What I received was nothing like what was advertised on the website. It barely had any flowers and the vase was of lower quality. Nowhere near the value of what I paid for. I’m aware that their policy allows for substitutions, but they are supposed to substitute with equal or higher value items, which they clearly didn’t with me. I’ve reached out to their customer service (if you can even call them that), and I’ve been going back and forth with them trying to get a refund or the proper valued item sent to me. They had the audacity to tell me that the item I received is of a $75 value. Like what? Stay away from this company. Absolutely terrible. I’d give zero stars if I could.”

“Horrible! I paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time. I gave 2 hours extra. They did not come. I had to leave. They came and were dead in the front porch by the time I got home. No refund. I disputed the charge and lost. This was a $90 lesson. Don’t do it!!”

“The fruit bssket i ordered to be delivered on 4/13 was not delivered. This company was on another flower shop site that was not clearly stated or i would have never ordered from them sneakyof them. They refused to tell me who was supposed to deliver. Said they were "really" busy and couldn't deliver as promised so BEWARE if you order from this company”

“Very disappointed with this site. I ordered a $70 flower arrangement in a wagon that was supposed to be saying ITS A GIRL! instead they sent a small flower bouquet in a cheap glass jar with no mention of the baby. The bouquet they sent was $30 on their site. The delivery was two days late and flowers were not fresh at all. I was embarrassed. After contacting them they said their disclaimer covers them for this act. What a BS. DO NOT order from this site unless you are willing to take a risk and lose your money.”

“Terrible service. Never delivered the flowers with zero explanation. Clearly they are a terrible company because you have to wait to talk to someone for over an hour shows that many people are calling in unhappy. Total Joke. Be prepared to get transferred 7-8 times if you want a refund. Their goal is to frustrate you into giving up. Total waist of time and money to use this POS company.”

“It doesn’t even deserve a one‑star review. I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday and paid $74, and what she received was an absolute piece of garbage. The bouquet looked nothing like the photos — just a few sad, cheap‑looking flowers tossed into a jar. This completely ruined the surprise I planned for her on her special day. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and the service. I will not be ordering from this company again.”
