Worst Florist Experience I’ve Ever Had I’ve never dealt with a company so incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional as Flower Shopping. I ordered a birthday basket for my pregnant daughter-in-law — a very meaningful gift since I live in another state and couldn’t be there in person. On the day of delivery, I received no email, no tracking, no confirmation. When I called, I was bluntly told: “We’re sorry, we can’t deliver it today.” No explanation. No apology. No solution. Just a complete failure. I was furious and heartbroken. I made it very clear I wanted the order canceled, and I immediately bought from another florist — one that actually does their job. Later, I was shocked when my daughter-in-law messaged me thanking me for the basket — from Flower Shopping. So they went ahead and delivered an order I had canceled, after telling me they couldn’t do it. Then they had the nerve to call me saying they were going to charge me anyway, despite admitting I had canceled it. The final straw? They called my pregnant daughter-in-law and told her they were going to take the gift back. How cruel and disgusting can a company be? Flower Shopping is unethical, careless, and completely lacking in decency. They don’t care about your special moments — they only care about taking your money, no matter what damage they cause. Avoid this company at all costs.

I will never order from them again. They care nothing for their customers and have horrible customer service. I ordered one thing online that said it had specific flowers in them. When it was delivered it did not have a single flower in it that I wanted. Then, they substituted all the more premium flowers that were wanted with cheaper filler flowers like carnations. When I contacted customer service they just told me too bad and hid behind some fine print statement and told me they didn’t have to do anything for me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT order from Flowershopping.com — dishonest, careless, and dangerous. I placed a $115+ order for a specific orchid-only arrangement, and what was delivered was a cheap, mismatched bouquet filled with random flowers — including lilies, which are highly toxic to cats. My girlfriend has cats, and this could have turned into a deadly situation had we not caught it in time. What’s worse? They never contacted me to approve substitutions — despite having done so in a previous order. Their own customer service rep admitted the arrangement wasn’t filled to value and wasn’t what I ordered, but they still refused a full refund. Instead, they offered a measly 20% refund, which they processed without my consent just to close the issue. This company shows zero care for product accuracy, no respect for customer communication, and clearly doesn’t take pet safety seriously. Avoid Flowershopping.com at all costs — they will take your money, send you whatever they feel like, and then gaslight you when you complain. Save yourself the headache. Shop elsewhere

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give them 0 stars if possible. My Best Friend sent me flowers and 10 of the 12 roses had brown edges and looked old. 3 of the carnations were old and on day 2 one carnation was dead. Another was dead on day 3 and the roses continued to pitifully wilt. The customer service is terrible and we requested a full refund. No response other than to offer more old flowers but that is unsatisfactory. The occasion has passed and it was marked by this pitiful flower arrangement. REFUND REFUND REFUND

I ordered a bird of paradise bouquet to celebrate the anniversary of my brother's death because he and his wife had shared a passion for birds throughout their marriage. I placed the order about a week ahead to be sure the bouquet would be delivered on the exact date. I believe that is why they exceeded my expectations with the quality of their handiwork. In my opinion, after reading other reviews, the fault may lie in expecting the impossible if we have not given the flower shop time to plan ahead and have the foliage they need in stock to create a masterpiece. What my sister-in-law received was simply breathtaking in my estimation. Thank you.

First picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what I got. There is no comparison. It was partially dead and damaged. It was an embarrassment, and the company refused to refund me. They were completely rude and cold. A scamming company with many other online stores selling the exact same flowers and many other unhappy customers.

I ordered a large plants for my daughter in Ca. Besides delivering after her b.day the driver made 5 calls to me & 1 to her. My daughter received a scrawny plant less then half the size I paid for. I pd $90 & they want to give me 20% back. I want them to take the plant back. I was embarrassed when my daughter sent me the picture. I see why everyone gives them a 1star. I'm fighting this everyway I can. I wish I knew how to download what I ordered & what I got.

Ordered flowers for anniversary. Set date for delivery, paid, they never came! Called customer service, they apologized, said a new fantastic floral arrangement will be sent out… day later was told sorry they couldn’t find floral shop to accept order. But a refund was on the way.. WORST ONLINE SHOP EVER!!!!!!

Over 300+ complaints filed with the BBB. Flower packages advertised on website will are not what's delivered. They will not give refund and they will disconnect your calls when trying to get ahold of customer service.

The people in this company are scam artists. They get you to click on their web page by pretending to be the local florist that you googled. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that was supposed to be purple flowers, 26" wide by 28" high, and in a large basket. The price was high ($140 plus delivery), but it was a large arrangement. What they sent was a few pink and purple flowers in an arrangement that was about 12" wide by 10" high. They refuse to refund my money. Do not do business with them.

I will never order again Placed my order for a family funeral they couldn't make it to deliver it so I didn't have any..Now I can't get my money refunded it's going on 15 days atp Idk wat to do real mad that's 80 bucks ...Guess should read the reviews first..smh it's sad no flowers and yall stole my money

I ordered a surprise flower arrangement with chocolates for an employee anniversary! When the arrangement arrived the employee accepted the arrangement and the Delivery Person sang happy anniversary to the employee - she stated this made her day! ❤️🎁

I would advise buying your flowers somewhere else. They're right even when their wrong. I spent $107.15 for an arrangement and got the Wal-Mart special. I complained about the first flowers sent in a vase. Not even close to what I ordered. It took 3 days for them to have another arrangement and still was not correct! I asked for a partial refund and was denied. Don't deal with this company, cause you'll be very disappointed. They don't send what is pictured. Dint know why they even have pictures. Attached is what should have been and what was delivered.

Ordered an arrangement for same day delivery and ordering has been processing for hours, I call to receive a status and told me all the florist are refusing the order and they are still looking for a florist, definitely not a good place to order from when you need something special.

I ordered a Yellow Miniature Rose Plant in a basket with a bow from FlowerShopping.com for a friend who was recovering from surgery. What was delivered was nothing close, just a few cut flowers (including two peach roses and some chrysanthemums) loosely arranged in a glass vase, without even a bow. It wasn’t a rooted plant, wasn’t yellow roses, and wasn’t in a basket. This does not follow their own substitution policy. Before ordering, I called the company directly to get an assurance that if a substitution was necessary, I would be notified in advance so I could cancel. That did not happen. Because it was a delivered, surprise gift, I only found out about the switch when the recipient sent me a photo of the unexpected flowers much later. The card message was also mishandled. Rather than a proper florist’s enclosure, it was a folded piece of paper stuck into the arrangement, offering very brief sender information which left the recipient confused. Customer service told me a full refund would only be issued if the local florist who they used, went to the recipient’s house and took the flowers back, which is both impractical and insensitive, especially for someone recovering from surgery. This is a delivery-only business. By their logic, they are never held completely responsible and never issue full refunds unless the flowers are taken back, even if the product is completely wrong. I didn’t know about the error until it was too late because the flowers had died (which may not have happened if the intended rooting plant was delivered). Besides, I would not have wanted them to return to the home of someone recovering from surgery just to take back a gift meant to comfort her. After multiple emails, they offered to refund only 25% of the product price before delivery, plus $5 for the card error which never came. This entire experience was completely unsatisfactory! I will not use them again and recommend others look elsewhere, especially when kindness and reliability matter.

The arrangement I ordered could not be delivered on a Sunday, which is what I requested. Because they couldn't fulfill my request, they offered to upgrade the arrangement and deliver it on Monday, which they did. The person to whom I sent them was very pleased. She sent me a photo of the arrangement. It was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use this company again.
