I ordered this floral arrangement for my friend’s mother funeral. When I placed the order, I chose something just like the photo, and I received exactly what I selected. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and the delivery. Customer service reached out to me to confirm the name that would go on the ribbon, which I really appreciated. I would definitely order from this company, Flowershopping.com, again. My experience was wonderful, and what I saw in the photo matched perfectly with what I received.

Flowershopping website says they deliver in USA and Canada using local florists. On November 15, 2025 ordered flowers for delivery in North Vancouver on November 22, 2025, daughter-in-law's birthday. No delivery. Checked Order Status the next morning, indicated "in process". Telephoned 1-888 Customer Service number. Reached a call center who said would transfer me to a manager. On a continuous loop of voice mail. Told my call was "important" but wait times kept changing from 3 minutes to 44 minutes. Then I re-checked website Order Status which now said "Delivered". Not true. Is this a scam?

Delivered completely different, no where near what I ordered, flower arrangement. When I contacted them to correct, they pointed to me to their « substitution » policy. Substitution should be if they didn’t have enough of something and/or the colour; it should not mean you pay for an expensive flower arrangement as advertised and receive a completely different, low end flower arrangement that is so far from different it is unbelievable! Will never use this flower shop again, particularly because of instead of apologizing and correcting it, they referred to a substitution policy. Might as well ask customers to randomly give money and hope you get something.

Total disappointment. I upgraded, paid extra. Picture versus what was received was total disappointment. Also was to be same day delivery but didn’t arrive until the next day.

Go to FTD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Paid this company over $100 for flowers that looked nothing like the picture on their website. When I complained, instead of making it right, they told me why they still deserved all of my money. Complete fraud DO NOT USE!!

This company sends out whatever they want when you order from them. They basically told me they will sub with whatever they have at the time and for me to read the fine print on substitutions. The item I ordered had nice flowers a birthday balloon and mug to match. The flowers they sent were ugly yellow with a pink and white carnation in the middle no class. Also, the balloon was one I could have picked up in the grocery store and did not match the mug the mug did not have the birthday cake on it was just a smiley face. I paid good money for something I could made better myself and delivered it on time not at the end of the day. Do not order from them. They did not offer a refund and all I asked for was for them to order the correct item the next day. They obviously do not make the funds needed to do good by their customers this is why they could not make things right with this order.

The absolute worst! Don’t use this company. I put my order weeks in advance and at the end of my friends birthday they called and said they couldn’t get the flowers I ordered and had to go with a cheaper version even tho I paid full price for the expensive flowers. No refund or credit was allowed even though I messaged multiple times.

I wish i can leave a zero review they make promises of same day delivery even rush delivery by 2pm. I ordered roses for my wife at 9am paid for rush delivery by as I sit here now its 6:30pm and no roses . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

My experience with FlowerShopping.com was mixed. The website was easy to use and the selection looked good, but the delivery was later than promised and the actual flowers didn’t quite match the photos. I might try again but only if schedules and expectations are clear.

I payed a heart and soul bouquet to send to my daughter on her birthday(10/16/25) and was delivered 2 hours late and the flowers you delivered wasn't even close that ones I pay for. I am very dissatisfied with you guys.

I ordered a snack bucket with ready available items like candy and snacks to be delivered today which is the 3rd anniversary of my Nephew’s Dad’s passing. I paid extra for it to be delivered next day on a Saturday after looking through at least four other vendor websites. I chose this service because the website said it could be delivered today. I received a message around noon that it couldn’t be delivered. This is so disappointing because the thought was to send a hug from their Aunt from far away, so that they knew I was thinking about them. You have to realize that people schedule deliveries on specific days because of the meaning of it sometimes more than the actual product. I’m so disappointed. I had to cancel the order and get DoorDash to deliver something. You need to be honest with customers when you can’t deliver. Sometimes it is more meaningful than you realize.
