“My order was incorrect amd I emailed customer service. My flowers and gifts were delivered the following day with everything I asked for and she kept the original order. Mistakes happen in business, how they are addressed is what sets a bad company apart from a great one. Perfect recovery.”

“I never received my order. I called my girlfriend, who was at the address, within 15 minutes of the delivery confirmation and she said nobody came to the door and nothing was outside the entire house or property. I ordered by 9:30am and they guarantee same day delivery on orders before 2:00pm.”

“I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation towards this delivery which I honestly didn’t think it would happen especially ( and as it was ordered in short noticed) when I requested it at 8 am since my friend s birthday was going to get busy and with visitors and quests I didn’t think she wasn’t going to be home later on during the day, but it ABSOLUTELY DID HAPPEN and you all were outstanding in making it happen 👏👏 This makes me very happy and with all that sincerity I want to thank all of you who participated in putting together this beautiful design of floral arrangement and delivery and I will for sure use you in the future again and also recommended you in great references I really am Impressed and thank you again for all your efforts and dedication! “Rip off. If you think you are buying from a Canadian site in Canadian dollars. You are not- it is a US dollar site. Do no buy from this site it is a disgrace.”

“They sent a subpar arrangement that had holes in two big leaves and looked nothing like the one I purchased in the picture including the vase. The response was that they would give me a 10% discount on my next order which is the most ridiculous response I have ever heard. Do not order from this site.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--0 STARS I have used FlowerShopping.com for the last few years to deliver flowers to a friend on the anniversary of her son's death. Today they sent me an email saying they were rescheduling the delivery. By the time I got it, it was too late to find another florist. I will never use them again.”

“First time using Flowershopping.com and they did a wonderful job. The floral selection was exactly what I picked and the sediment I wanted on the card was hand written which was a lovely touch. They were delivered on time considering I ordered from 1000 miles away. I’ve had many issues in the past with other well known floral delivery companies. Using Flowershopping.com was worth it and will again!!!! Thank you”

“Upon ordering flowers for a funeral I mistakenly clicked on their website instead of our local flower shop website however within a few hours I had noticed it was different and had called in to cancel but to my surprise my order was already completed and on route. It was less than 24 hours and it was at the funeral house. The customer service was always kind and courteous. Great communication right from the beginning to the end. Flowers were stuffed full and beautiful in the oversized vase! At the end of the service low end behold it was this flower arrangement that was taken by a family member home and not the others! Thank you FlowerShopping!”

“This borders on a scam. I tried to purchase through 1-800-FLOWERS but somehow ended up on this website. My daughters flowers looked nothing like the photo, was not the size I paid for, and the flowers were wilted when they arrived. The local florist who filled the order should have been embarrassed to let flowers leave their store like that. Calling customer service is very difficult. I waited on hold for almost an hour on hold then got someone who said she would email me the dispute form. Never got it. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card. There are good reasons why this company's ratings are so low.”

“My 13 year old granddaughter just had her tonsils removed and I wanted to send her a bouquet to cheer her up. I chose a bouquet which included a stuffed animal bee, wearing a shirt that said "Bee Well". As it turned out, FlowerShopping.com didn't have that bee in stock but what they did instead, was above and beyond! Besides the beautiful flowers, they included a large stuffed bee (without shirt) but the grin on my granddaughter's face was enough to make me extremely happy with the Customer Service I received. I recommend this company and will use them again when I need floral service. I tried to upload a photo but sadly, it would not work.”

“They missed delivery on my friends birthday - then shipped a totally different arrangement late the next day. When I asked for a discount they sad they have the option to substitute. She got totally different flowers in a totally different color. Don’t order from this site Big mistake!”

“If ZERO stars were an option, that would still be too high. This site takes your money for goods not delivered, customer service is not in your country of where you've ordered flowers for delivery. They are professionally confused about delivery addresses and postal codes in Canada. They will make substitutions but won't show you what they are doing. To make matters worse if you are ordering flowers for a FUNERAL you are going to be embarrassed by the missed delivery time line and three days after the 'guaranteed delivery same day' still no flowers but your credit card was promptly charged. Will tell everyone I know to never use this site”
