I placed an order with this company based on what was advertised: seamless delivery and reliable service. After completing my purchase, I was told they couldn’t fulfill the order because they don’t have a florist in the area — something that should have been made clear before taking my payment. To make matters worse, they tried to push the cost of their mistake onto me, asking for an extra $12 to use an outside florist. This wasn’t my fault — yet they refused to take full responsibility or honor the price I was originally quoted. Customer service was dismissive and made no real effort to make it right. This experience was not only disappointing — it was completely unprofessional. It felt like bait-and-switch advertising followed by a lack of accountability. I ultimately canceled the order and will never use this company again. If you value transparency, reliability, and honest service — look elsewhere. This is not a company you can trust.

Flowers were not delivered o n time. Still waiting g for delivery. Customer service was terrible! Sent and email and called 3 times before I got a customer service representative. Extremely dissatisfied. Would NEVER recommend!!!

Horrible experience nothing actually delievered, customer service useless, no actual follow through, follow up and still nothing. Asked if they can not deliever to reimburse the amount and still nothing follow up so I paid for something that was never delivered, they could care less and the surprise was completely ruined . So many other options do your self a favor and go some where else.

I ordered a standing flower spray last week for my step-dad's funeral service from FlowerShopping.com. I was extremely surprised to find that what was delivered was almost exactly what I had seen on the picture in their website. I was so proud of the flowers that were delivered, on time no less! If I ever need their services again, this is the website I will choose.... hands down! Keep up the good work!

Terrible. Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. When I called at 9:30om to see why they had not been delivered I was told they were “still out for delivery. When I said “at 10pm?!” The customer service rep told me “oh - we don’t deliver past 9pm - it will be tomorrow then”. Then she admitted that she couldn’t actually see my order status. Then I get an email the next more stating that the flowers I ordered were not available and that they would create something to send so that the “holiday occasion wouldn’t be missed”. Well it was already missed and it’s not going to be what I ordered. Never again.

Waste of time. This company has no idea what's going on. If you value your time and money pick somewhere else. From auto generated conformation emails to costumer service not being able to see your order so they have to reach out to the location that's filling the order. Put a blind fold on and you'll have a better shot at seeing what's going on then this company.

I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent flower order I placed through your service. I ordered a bouquet that was clearly advertised to include lilies and roses, and I even upgraded to the deluxe option expecting a fuller, more premium arrangement. Instead, I received a completely different bouquet made up of cheap carnations and daisies. Not only were the flowers not what I ordered, but they didn’t even meet a basic standard of quality—let alone the deluxe upgrade I paid for. This is extremely upsetting, especially considering I spent close to $100 on this order. I feel misled by the product description, and this experience amounts to false advertising.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my sister’s birthday on 6/5/2025. Not only did they not deliver the flowers on 6/5/2025, they did not notify me that they were not going to be able to deliver them, I had to call them and hold for 30 minutes only to be told that they would be delivered the next day with extra flowers. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered and included a ratty looking teddy bear. I will NEVER order from them again and would recommend that you don’t do business with this company.

I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday. They looked like a kid put them together. They looked nothing like the picture of what I thought I was ordering for a total of $110. They wouldn’t make it right because they said the florist made them look the best they could with what they had. They were delivered on the right day but not intill 7:24 pm. I advise anyone who is considering shopping with this company to shop somewhere else. If I had seen how many bad reviews they have, I would’ve never ordered from them in the first place. I consider them false advertising.

I had to order an arrangement for same day delivery. It was an arrangement in the shape of a cake. It arrived on time same day. You pay a little more for same day by a certain time but it was Well worth it. The person I sent it to was over the top ecstatic with it!! It was gorgeous and will Definitely use this company again!!! Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service and the wonderful arrangement!!

My mom ordered from here as a graduation gift. They didn't fulfill the entire order. The balloon was missing and the arrangement didn't look like what was on the website.

The floral arrangement was GORGEOUS! The flowers were very colorful and fresh, and the chocolates and balloons were an added bonus! Delivery was spot on also! Will definitely reorder from Flowershopping.com again!

The bouquet ordered from the picture online looked nothing like it—no comparison!! Different color flowers (red vs pink/fuscia), different color case (clear vs fuscia) and no artistic arrangement at all. When complained they said the materials/flowers used were priced comparatively so there was nothing they could do. I’ll never use again. Also, had to ask if the flowers had been delivered and only then did I get an email that they had.

I ordered the Pretty Please floral arrangement and a stuffed animal for my granddaughter's Kindergarten graduation with Rush shipping. Wanting to suprise her for her special day. For $85 I was wanting to give her something special. However, in reality, the arrangement delivered was Awful. Not the color scheme or type of flowers or even a bow as pictured on the website. Plus no stuffed animal. When I called customer service day of the delivery I was assured they would followup. After a 2nd call as well as providing a picture of the dismal arrangement I was informed that the florist claimed that the arrangement met their substitution policy. Very disappointing!!!!
