Scam. Received an email that the flowers were delivered however they were not. I called the customer service and they made it seem like they were reaching out to the florist they used. Which they could not give me the name of the florist. Eventually they said that the in network florist was too far and couldn’t be delivered. I reminded them of the delivery confirmation email I received and they didn’t have a reason why it was sent. Will be disputing with my credit card company.

BEWARE this company's prices are all in US dollars!! Even during final check out the price remained at $208.00 but after the order was placed my credit card was charged $288!! Such a sneaky company! The arrangement we ordered wasn't great either, it looked like something you'd get from the grocery store. Their substitution policy also states that, "If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available we will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available flowers. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value." That would be a great substitution policy to follow, however, they substituted the majority of the beautiful yellow roses for YELLOW DAISIES! And we had even upgraded to the deluxe version!!! We were so disappointed. When I reached out to the company with a photo, they contacted the florist and said that the policy was followed exactly LOL! I had asked for a full refund, and was denied. Even a discount would've made this experience ok, but terrible resolution to a clear problem. Other family members also ordered from this company too on the same day I did, and they received a completely different arrangement than what was ordered! And the additional stuffed animal added to their order, was not even delivered. SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Go with a company that is local and talk with a florist you trust. Kicking myself for ordering from here, my loss is your gain, save your money. I hope this helps someone. My grandmother has cancer and we wanted these to be perfect for her in the hospital, so disappointing.

Ordering experience was professional; flower arrangement was as expected and the flowers were fresh; delivery was as scheduled. It was disappointing to discover that the billing was in American dollars. This should be clearly indicated on your website but it is not. I would not order again specifically because of this, as the exchange rate is too high.

I live in Washington DC placed an order yesterday morning for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to my niece that lives in Indianapolis they arrived last evening as BEAUTIFUL as ever. We were both really pleased. I will be giving Flowershopping my future business. Thank you ❤️

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Teacher Appreciation Week. Her favorite color is purple. The flowers were exactly what I wanted. She loved the flowers and her students kept saying all day how pretty they were and that they smelled so good. I will definitely be placing more orders with you. Service is great!! Do NOT use this company!! I ordered same day delivery for a friend whose mother had passed away. I received an email saying they were delivered, when they weren’t I called customer service and they told me they would be there soon. Next day still not there. Unable to talk to anyone for a refund or delivery. Not dependable and awful customer service!!!!!

I ordered flowers for mom’s birthday, I was charged for a deluxe arrangement and they sent the smaller one to say I was embarrassed is an understatement. To top it off the flowers were delivered at 9 p.m. will never use them again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone wanting nice flowers.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, and they were nothing like the arrangement I picked out. They were AWFUL. Completely different flowers, colors and had carnations added in. I was told I would be contacted if there were any substitutions, and I was NOT. I requested a picture in the special instructions and was assured I would get one. I did not receive any contact. I contacted customer service and sent pictures and was told since they aren't dead, and they followed protocol, there is nothing they would do. They did not follow protocol and lied to me. This is so deceitful. I will never shop here again or recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible experience. Ordered in advance and they missed two separate delivery times. Awful customer service. Don’t waste your time or important occasions on them. They’ll let you down.

I placed my flower order for my mom's birthday 4 days beforehand and received confirmation the order. I emailed them to ensure the delivery would be made on time and received no response. Hours before the date they advised me they could not make the delivery unless I paid more as there was no florist in the area in their network. I was extremely upset and agitated because they had enough time to let me know and I felt pressured to pay the extra. Why would I receive an initial order confirmation if they could not process the order? And why tell me at the 11th hour when I have no other choice for timely delivery. When my mother received the flowers they were not Deluxe and it was a small arrangement. Nothing wonderful and very underwhelming. I'm deeply disappointed and will never use this service ever again. Total waste of money..... and it was not cheap.

I sent a birthday picnic basket and balloon to my daughter at the Dental office where she works and the entire team there just raved about it!! She was so happy. It was perfect!

I paid for express delivery. I paid for extra weekend delivery. I waited until the funeral mass at 11 on Monday. No flowers came.

This company doesn't even deserve the one star given. Order delivered was nothing like the picture and they forgot the balloon. Definitely not worth the $120 I paid. When I reached out to customer service they were useless. I will never use their services again.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Places three orders for the same day to three different people and received a voice message saying my order couldn’t be delivered. No order number no name. Called back and customer service is not available. Absolutely scam. DO NOT USE

Made an order the day before Administrative Professionals Day - processed...all seemed fine till 12:30 p.m. and my order was canceled via email! How unprofessional. Could have been a phone call letting me know why they could not fulfill the order. Had to scramble and find another florist. Boo!

The order was scheduled for delivery to a funeral service . I provided specific instructions for the flowers to be delivered before the service time, to ensure they were present for this important and emotional occasion. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered as instructed, and they did not arrive in time for the service. This was not only deeply disappointing but also distressing, given the nature of the event and the importance of the gesture.

We live in another state and we are so happy 😃 that we found a business that was willing to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement to Mom”s Grave. They sent us 4 photos of the flowers on the grave. We will definitely be using them throughout the year. We appreciate the care which they handled it. Thank you 🙏

Paid for rush delivery before 12pm. Called at 2:50pm. Customer service representative Kyle lied and told me I did not pay for rush delivery and there was nothing he could do. The arrangement would be delivered in a few hours. I Called back once I located the confirmation e-mail and spoke to a female. She acknowledged that I paid for rush delivery after putting me on hold multiple times. At the end of the day they did not care and only offered a refund after I raised my voice and used profane language.

My wife did love the flowers. That said, I must add that that your driver did not either ring the bell or call me, the flowers were just dropped off in front of the garage several hours later than expected. This was your “Premium Selection” and phone calls were not returned and I expected somewhat better service.
