HORRIBLE. My mother spent over $100 for a beautiful arrangement with bamboo and bird of paradise, but what I received was a cheap arrangement hastily cut from someone's yard. I understand that sometimes the arrangement will look different from what you ordered, but this is outrageous. The purple flower in the middle was wilting when it arrived. She has tried contacting the website for a refund, but no one will respond to her. I feel awful that she was scammed out of her money for some cheap carnations. Do not trust this website.

BEWARE: horrible experience with this flower site. The embarrassing flower arrangement that my mom received looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised, thrown together from someone's backyard like an afterthought at the end of the day. I even paid extra for premium. For the price I was charged ($100) this was unacceptable. There are no do-overs as birthdays are only once a year. I would not recommend this website for flowers to anyone and will not be ordering from this site again. Customer service has been no help and keeps giving me the runaround. They state on their site that customer satisfaction or a money-back guarantee, but nothing is being done. I should have known better than to try a new flower site. I will be sticking to 1-800-FLOWERS. They never disappoint.

I ordered flowers 1/16/29 to be deliver on 1/17/26 flowers weren’t Saturday or Sunday. I email them to cancel the order. Monday morning I track them and it say delivered. I spoke with someone on Monday he told me the order was canceled us I asked.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I absolutely would!!!! I placed an order at nearly 8:15 am. I received an email confirmation around 8:19 am and received another email at approximately 9:18 am stating that the flowers “are on the way!” It is now currently 8:30 PM and the flowers HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I called them at approximately 6:00 pm to check for an update, in which I ended up being on hold forever. When a representative finally picked up, she told me that the third party floral shop closed at 7 pm and they would try to reach them. She informed me that she had called them but unfortunately did not get a response. She continued to tell me to wait until 7 pm, to see if the flowers were delivered before then. She also informed me that I would be receiving a phone call back from a representative with an update about the flowers, which I never received. I told her I would be calling back around 7 PM, and so I did. I remained on hold for an hour until 8 pm. At 8 PM and automatic recording started to inform me that unfortunately customer service was now closed and to call back during business hours. Long story short, the flowers were never delivered, I could barely get a hold of customer service, and all I was told was that unfortunately nothing could be done for me. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with any form of business or online service.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I will NEVER order flowers from here again! I ordered a lavender bouquet for my daughter's birthday as purple is her favorite color and spent $85 between the arrangement and delivery. She ended up getting what I believe is no more than a $15 bunch of flowers, in a mason jar that were mainly pink in color. I also paid an additional fee to have them delivered by 2pm, they arrived after 2pm. When I called to complain, with pictures, they would only agree to giving me a 25% discount on the arrangement price as they feel the florist did their best to match the order. Really!? They obviously have a different picture than the one on the website. I have attached pictures so you may see for yourself. Do not order from this company! I would have been better off buying flowers from the local grocery store and dropping them off myself.

What I ordered was premium this looks like it came from a thrift store, flowers are nothing like I ordered, the vase is not the same and the ribbon is terrible.. will never order from them again! This differently not premium!!!!

Horrible company/service. Ordered a fruit basket for $96. It arrived a day late and had a handful of fruit that looks like it was picked from the garbage. And their delivery person was a creeper.

They did not deliver the flowers as ordered. If 'blue' flowers and white lilies are not in season as ordered and pictured on your website, you should not 'substitute' with yellow sunflowers and lavender mums!! Also, the mums were turning brown when delivered. You can only 'complain' via email - there is only 1 person who answers a phone and she is remote and can't transfer any calls. The only way to get a response is via email. They do not respond promptly - be aware- they are on the west coast. Extremely dissatisfied. Do not trust that the flowers you ordered will be delivered.

The Christmas Elegance arrangement was by far the prettiest flowers I have ever sent someone. I always hesitate to choose premium but will moving forward and will purchase from FlowerShopping ALWAYS! Easy online ordering and delivery on time.

Very happy with the get well bouquet sent to daughter-in-law. They weren’t able to do the delivery on date ordered, so did a free upgrade. The flowers were gorgeous and were beautiful vivid colors. I will use them again. 🥰

I paid for a premium bouquet 87 USD, but what was delivered was looking so miserable. I could buy a better bouquet from Walmart for 15 CAD! Shame on you!!

I placed an order on Dec 16th for delivery on the 23rd, this is a Christmas bouquet for someone in Dayton im in Cincinnati, they weren't delivered on the 23rd I called customer service at 10am on the 24th after being on hold for 25 mins they said they couldn't get into touch with the florist and would follow up with me, I never heard back so at 3pm on the 24th I called was only on hold 15 mins then was told my order was canceled im like what...I didnt get the email until 4pm on the 24th. I couldn't find another florist because of the late cancelation, this is not very good customer service, I thought I was ordering from a family owed business that has been in business since 1910, I know one thing I will never order from this place again, this was my first and last experience with them...I would give a 0 star if I could

My sisters and I ordered flowers four days prior to my sister’s 60th birthday. She did not receive them until almost 7pm the day of her birthday. The only reason they were delivered is because I had to make two calls to customer service to find out where the flowers were. When she received the flowers, the arrangement looked nothing like one we picked out. They gave me this whole explanation about their substitution policy. My sisters and I all agreed that it did not look anything like what we ordered. In the future, we will be ordering from a local florist that we can communicated with directly.

I ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered to the Church for my nephew's service at 11:00 a.m. At 1:50 pm that day they sent a notice saying we cannot find a Florist in that area and cannot deliver to that Zip Code and your order is canceled. This company is totally unreliable. Do not use them.

To all of those of you who so beautifully put together the Birch Cross funeral arrangement, my sincerest thanks! My son let me know that his wife and her family thought it was the most beautiful arrangement they received for their dad’s service today. He sent pictures and it surely fulfilled my expectations and then some. SO pretty! Thanks again and if I should need flowers again for another occasion, I know who I will call!

I ordered the "My Little Chickadee" for my best friend who had just welcomed her first grandchild, which features a vase with a baby chick attached to it. The arrangement arrived in a plain yellow vase, not the vase pictured. I realize that not every florist will have every item that's on the website, but when the arrangement is special BECAUSE of the vase, I would expect that one to be used. I was offered a 20% refund on the item price when I complained, which I took because I knew it was the best I would get... but paying almost $70 for flowers and to have them arrive looking like they could have been for any occasion, not the special event they were ordered for... and then only receiving $7 and change back is ridiculous. I will not do business with them again.
