When i order the flowers, I paid for express delivery by 1pm. That didn't happen. Then it didn't happen day one. Received an email stating will be delivered the next day.
So I call customer service 3x and each time they placed me on hold and tried calling the florist. They came back, and said the florist is not answering. So they couldn't get an update on delivery status. Finally at 6pm the second day I ended up canceling the order. Now still waiting on a refund. Wonder how long or how many phone calls it will take for that to happen.
They don't guarantee anything. I will never try them again.
