I had order flowers Feb 27 I wanted them to be there march 9 for my mothers birthday so I’ve literally waited all day long for my mother to get them and nothing didn’t get delivered, apparently the florist completely fell off the face of the earth she didn’t cooperate with the people I spoke to on the phone and the woman I spoke to had sent out a cancellation to the florist and the florist going to turn around and mark them as delivered & never even came I am highly disappointed in this I didn’t spend $90 for flowers that’s not even going to show up n plus you gotta take peoples money like that is really beyond me so hopefully I’ll get my refund back in 10 business days even tho the woman don’t want to cooperate with them they still supposed to send it! Whoever does the flowers in Kentucky for them you should definitely be fire tbh! You’re really a joke for doing all that I hope you had fun spending my $90 n not delivering nothing.

I’ve been on hold for 30 mins to request a refund for the $5 poinsettia they sent after I ordered a $40 Christmas Cactus :(
For a while it said my call would be answered in 13 mins and now it’s back up to 20 mins.

Placed order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Tracking said out for delivery. Late Friday night got call saying the flowers were out of stock could they substitute with roses. OK delivery now on Saturday. Tracking said out for delivery. I called them for status. Got an email while I was on hold saying my order has been canceled and getting a refund as they don't deliver in that area.
Don't use this company.

The absolute worst! Don’t use this company. I put my order weeks in advance and at the end of my friends birthday they called and said they couldn’t get the flowers I ordered and had to go with a cheaper version even tho I paid full price for the expensive flowers. No refund or credit was allowed even though I messaged multiple times.

FlowerShopping.com is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Do not trust this company. Not only did they deliver the wrong flowers. They delivered the wrong date into the wrong location and then only wanted to give me a 10 to 20% refund. Unacceptable rude unprofessional do not use this company avoid at all risk. They will take your money and give you nothing Even remotely close to what you ordered.
