I have unfortunately some complaints about flying flowers on the 15th January I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a friend Mrs Barbara Brocklehurst At 10 Thames Close Off Radbourne Lane Majority. Derby. DE22 4HE Unfortunately she never received the flowers. It seems that I had the number wrong I had put 18 Thames Close. Where in fact it was no 10 So I apologise for This But I found out that there is no Number 18. So can you please tell me where you delivered these flowers because you told me that you had delivered them. So it is your fault as well surely when you found that there was no Numer18 I would have thought you would have contacted me to find out if I had given the wrong address you also had the telephone number of Mrs Brocklehurst and my address too. Please would you sort out this problem and let me know the result Macnorth
