“Bought 8 velvet dining chairs (i needed 6 but came sets of 4). Box arrived falling apart. Chairs have poor quality materials which in places is threadbare. I sent them photos and asked to retand money back. They are wanting every chair to be put together and photos of every chair. They are dreadful. Chairs look like you need to take to the tip! They are not refunding even with damaged goods.”
