“Have been using KTM online via both their brands, fonehouse & metrofone, since last 8 years. Never had an issue with either in placing orders, delivery or cashbacks. In fact once I ordered for a friend and his wife and messed up the email addresses whilst ordering so could not access an online account. As they say a companys' customer service levels comes in to play when you habe a problem. The CS guy was nice and polite, understood my issue and though he ciuld not get me online access, he gave me a solution and all my cashbacks over the two years arrived without any issues straight into my bank on uokoading bills to their website.
Keep it up KTM, you have had atleast 2 dozen orders after that as Inorder for all my friends and family and manage their cashbacks.”
“This company does a credit check before internal security checks which many people fail. As I didn't realise they had multiple names I ended up with 2 credit checks being done (both passed) but still no phone due to internal security fails. I then could not get a phone directly with 3 due to the 2 previous credit checks done with them despite my credit being good, can't blame them as it must have seemed strange. Had to go with the more expensive Vodafone and this company lost 3 a customer who would have had 4 contracts with them eventually. Companies should be careful working with KTM”
