“Jumia consistently delivers late. Very late. The call centre is unable to give meaningful feedback if you can reach them. Reaching them is however difficult as they have an auto setting that drops calls in queue after 2 minutes (which the caller has of course paid for). This is a company with one of the worst service in Nigeria.”
