“I received my food this morning the delivery driver handed the box to my husband which was dripping when I open it was all defrosted the cold bags were water not even cold. I have had food delivered from other places never had an issue.”
“The food at FoodSt is fine. The cost is comparable to other higher end home delivery. The amount is strictly for a single serve, however, the cost for six dumplings is exorbitant, just over $3. per dumpling. They are not to be regraded as main meal.
I would love to see more variety and a point of difference from other home deliver menus.”
Hi Tina, thanks so much for the feedback, we truly appreciate it! We arent cheap, we know that. And the reason is that we support local cooks, all our food is handmade and not factory produced like our competitors. So while we aren't cheap, all our food is made by real people, real ingredients and not pumped full of preservatives.
“All the meals are high quality and there is huge variety of cuisines to choose from ranging from classic European to various Asian dishes. I particularly appreciate the large selection of vegetarian meals. All meals arrive frozen and have reheating directions, a few of which are accurate but most are very optimistic with oven temperatures and times.”

“The food tasted amazing, no lie, it was amazing. However, the portion sizes are laughable. I understand small businesses need to make a profit, but the portion size for the price I paid was very underwhelming. I will not be buying from this company again. The food was excellent, which I can not deny, but for the size of my family, I would need to take out a small personal loan to feed my tribe. And before you ask if I tried to split the meal between my entire family, I didn't. My wife and I were the only ones that ate the food, we had to arrange other food as there wasn't enough to go around. Families need convenience as well as affordability and this company is only swinging convenience.”

I understand your concerns about portion sizes, especially for a family. Our portions are generally larger than what you’ll find at many competitors and supermarkets. Regarding your previous feedback about the "serves 2" lasagne (800g), we believe that 400g per serving is indeed larger than the standard size typically offered elsewhere.
We also recognise that our pricing may seem higher, but this reflects our commitment to quality. Unlike mass-produced meals with added preservatives for extended shelf life, we create our meals in small batches using authentic recipes, prepared by real people. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve!

We aren't cheap because we don't mass produce meals in factories with added preservatives to increase shelf life. Our meals are made by real people in small batches to stay fresh without those added nasties, and that's what sets us apart from our competitors!

“I’ve had some really delicious meals. Food that tastes handmade, like hand folded wontons. Which is such a delight when you can no longer cook for yourself and crave good quality food. A few meals haven’t hit the spot for me, but that is likely personal taste. Majority are a hit and I’ll be coming back for more over and over again. I love that there’s such variety of options on the menu, and new meals are regularly being added.”
