Since then I have been backwards and forwards with Footasylum trying to get a refund! No contact number, the chat portal is absolutely useless.

Do not but from here as you will not get a refund if you return anything. I returned a hood and a tshirt they refunded the T-shirt witch was £20 but not the hoody that was £60. Have not responded to any of my emails about the issue.

My delivery had been opened & purchases replaced with another companies item, clearly the delivery driver from Hermes, when I contacted Footasylum (0nly contacted by Chat, no phone number or email, how bad is that) they did not want to know and would not entertain any investigation or refund, lost £150.00 what a shambles of a company you be ashamed how you treat your customers

I was assured me order would be amended when I requested to cancel it however this was not the case and now I’ve to wait even longer for a refund and have to pay to return the item which apparently I will be refunded for however based on previous correspondence I won’t hold my breath won’t be ordering again

Do NOT order from these clowns. Zero customer service. I've been waiting for a refund for 2 months. Order from JD sports, footlocker, or Nike.com etc instead.

Keep an eye on our website though and social media for new drops and info on when items are back in stock! A refund is processed automatically and will show back in your account within 10 days from your original order date.

AVOID - Customer service none existent. Online chat bot waste of time. WhatsApp customer service response more emojis than useful/meaningful info. Wrong item received, returned over 3 weeks ago, still waiting for a refund.
