“I read on the web all review, 50% negative and 50 % positive.
I make decision to order but for my security a use PAYPAL, they are not a scammers but maybe in the past the the services were worse.
I think today they understand the power of REVIEWS, the power of web and maybe today
they understand that, they must offer quality services that include communication and seriousness.
Fo me all was good, i receieve the product, everithing is good.
I made the decision to order because they have two stores, so there is no fraud, but like any store that depends on employees, there were probably employees who did not care about the customers.
I live in Romania, i order on 29-02-2024 and the product arrive in 08-03-2024, i am satisfy with this period of time.

Order was delivered later than expected and after I had already left abroad. Searched telephone contact with FOOTDISTRICT;
In poor English I was told that the order was already in the shipping process so "...unfortunately there is nothing we can do, thank you for your understanding". Upon returning home, the package turned out to have been delivered to an unknown person in a completely different flat. Shoes didn't fit, so I wanted to return them. However I couldn't find any return options, no label, no packing slip or the like. Again contacted FOOTDISCTRICT by phone and explained the situation: "Unfortunately ma'am, your return period has expired. Thank you for your understanding"... That they dare to use the word 'understanding' surprises me as they don't seem to know the meaning of the word itself. No consideration or understanding of any kind. And now I'm stuck with brand new unworn shoes that don't fit at the cost of almost 250 euros. Never again.”
“I am £150 out of pocket with no product. I have had the worst experience with this distance seller and customer service is rude and unhelpful. I don't even know what i can do. I just lost £150?!”
“Processing of the order was prompt and it was shipped the next day. The only issue I had was during ordering, the payment system didn't accept my MC as it didn't have the new 3D security feature. I had to use a card that had that feature. Alternatively I think there was a PayPal option as well.
Will definitely shop again.”
