“My wife and I visited the store at the Brisbane DFO having been advised by the Chermside store that the 2 pairs of shoes my wife wanted were in stock there. It transpired that neither pair were available in her size. The young assistant Jemma Pay then spent quite some time searching the store and tracking down the shoes that my wife was interested in and arranging them to be delivered to the DFO store. In this day and age such service is very rare and young Jemma should be praised for her service and attitude. Footgear can be proud of this young lady.”

“I purchased a pair of new ladies sandals ftom the Ziera range on the 18th October. I wore them once to a function and was left with bleeding toes. I took them back the following Sunday and Susan looked after me. She was so helpful and empathetic. She organised the refund and purchase of my silver linings sandals. I spoke with the store Manager who was so lovely and she even had the new pair delivered to my home within 2 days! Way to go footgear!! excellent customer service.”

“Although purchased online through their website, a representative at the store rang me to leave a message & follow up confirming my purchase & that the shoes had been shipped. They also offered for me to touch base if they could be if further assistance- even after I had already made a purchase. Very impressive customer service that goes above & beyond!”
