“Excellent prompt service and we got all the cards we ordered. The only negative was the price of the Limited Edition cards......you are asking way too much for little kids to complete their collection.”

Hi. We are sorry the Royal Mail did not deliver your order the very next day. This is probably due to the fact that you have used an incorrect address. We can not be held responsible for customers not giving us their correct address, or indeed the performance of the Royal Mail.

Our shopping baskets are permanent, we would never delete your shopping. What the shopping basket will not do is reserve a card, so if a card sells out it will be removed from all other shopping baskets. You will be informed if this happens.
