“I had to return a jacket that was advertised as NEW. It stank so much of damp musty odor that I complained. They said to hang it outside for a day and the smell would dissipate. I did this for FOUR daya and it was no better. They told me to return it. I did. But they refuse to refund me the return postage. Their explaination was that such a smell is normal for a coat that has been stored in a warehouse. Unbelievable. It stank so badly that I couldn't have it in the house! I do NOT recommend this company.”
