DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! The experience we have had from FOW has been nothing short of disgraceful. You have mangers who do not know what they have previously told you, managers who lie to you, call staff who describe you as rude and difficult when they think they have put you on hold… and here the tale begins… On 26 July we reserved a car online via FOW. We went to the dealership the day after to view the car and agreed to purchase it and paid for it in full. The car was an ex mobility car which needed reverting back to standard use for tax purposes. The sales person handed us the V5 and told us to tax the vehicle ready for collection. However, he did not remove the previous keeps details (name and address), which clearly breaks GDPR rules. We gave them 2 weeks to prep and sort the vehicle before we collected. 5 days prior to collection, we had a phone call saying the car would not be ready for a further week as issues needed to be rectified. The brakes needed replacing, the roof needed repainting and some body work needed repairing. This was all a major surprise to us as the car had only done 641 miles from new! We contacted them and asked to speak to a manager. The call centre staff were unhelpful, obstructive and rude - and didn’t put us on hold (when they thought they had) and said to their colleague we were rude and difficult. They told us to come and visit the car before it went to have any work done, so we arranged to do so the following morning. Lo and behold, the car had been moved to the body shop about an hour before we arrived, but we insisted we were taken to the body shop to see it. The manger we saw that morning spun us a real yarn. The car had only just had authorisation for the work to be done from mobility and if they hadn’t have authorised it, it would have been sent back. This was all new to us as we had already paid for the car in full the previous week. The manger said they should not have done this as it was not their car to sell until mobility had agreed any remedial work. We also raised the GDPR breach, which he tried to back track on - yet he was him who gave us the green slip and and was present when the V5 was given. We went through the issues with the car and what we would like them to do - at this point his helpful demeanour slipped and he said he would get the manager from the workshop over. He brought over Niamh who was a really pleasant young lady. The manager then left her with us and scarpered as fast as he could - never to be seen again! Niamh went through everything with us and we mutually agreed the work, along with 4 replacement tyres and life shine. All was good. We contacted them again the following day and they said our car would not be ready as agreed with Niamh the day before for the Saturday. We spoke to another manager (Steve), who we thought at the time was helpful. He was a little suprised Niamh agreed to the 4 new tyres as she was only admin and not as we were led to believe the work shop manager. He assured us the car would be ready as agreed on the Saturday. We went to pick the car up to be told it had just gone back into valeting as Steve was not happy with the result. When We got the car, there was a new scratch on it that had not been there before. When we called Steve back, he said there was nothing he was prepared to do about it. Quite frankly, the valeters should be sacked as the finish was so poor for an act that has been through their hands twice! I would have been ashamed if that was my business sending out cars in the state it was in! This company employs incompetent staff who are liars, rude, unhelpful and obstructive. Steve (manager) agreed our experience had been shocking and to write a review as change would not happen unless reviews were written. Please do not waste your money. There are better garages out there who care about their customers and will make sure you are treated right. I wish we had read the reviews from others who have had similar experiences before we considered buying from FOW. If I could I would have given 0 stars!

I usually prefer to figure things out on my own, but after weeks of hitting a wall with this platform issue and $111,000 been scammed, I realized I needed some support. A friend who had gone through something similar suggested RANGEPRO.ORG, from the start, they were professional, clear in their communication, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Throughout the process, I felt informed and respected. Everything was handled efficiently, and I’m relieved I decided to get help when I did.

Greed to purchase vehicle but was told it would take upto 10 days for the vehicle to be checked prior to purchase. Which was fine. Went back identified two issues but nothing major but it delayed the purchase by another week. Once purchased and vehicle taken, three more issues identified, water being held in one of the rear doors, stop/start function not working and more seriously the tracking seems off. Now, for the disappointing part. I was told there would be a delay in resolving the three issues, but would be resolved by the end of June. To date i’ve made 2 calls to the after sales team who each time have said they will get something sorted and be in touch. Now i know we are not at the end of June however the car was agreed for purchase at the beginning of May. Also FOW don’t seem to be interested in post sale care with the customer you find yourself having to push for information at every turn.

A shockingly bad company - purchased two cars 25k plus in Feb 2023. The one vehicle hasn't spent more than 8 weeks out of the garage. Been returned multiple time, now has brake failure and oil leaks? They now refuse to do any repairs and the RAC warranty they sold me won't cover the repairs. DO NOT purchase from this company, all smiles until the car is driven away? Go to a reputable company and stay clear.

Their aftersales dept is a complete shambles. I've been trying to get a missing key for nearly a year. AVOID!!

Great choice of cars. Great customer service. Allowed to be left to look around at own leisure, helpful staff able to answer all our questions. Very personable.

Literally the best car buying experience i have ever had. No salesy rubbish, just honest helpful staff who cant do enough for you. Felt really looked after as though i was the only customer all day (the place was packed!). Really impressed and will certainly be visiting again once its time to change.

Buying my latest car was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. No salesy rubbish, no pressure. Just honest helpful staff who cant do enough for you. Really pleased with my purchase, highly recommended and ill certainly be back when its time to change!
