“Really straightforward and open to save with . Like their ethos very much. Only one small frustration is that it’s not possible to check my balance online without calling in. It would be a small bonus ! Thanks”

“Our son has a child's trust fund account with Foresters and it always being invited to social activities. Our nearest Court is in Boston and the secretary Helen recently came over to see us. She was so friendly and welcoming and encouraged us to join as members (myself and husband) and come along to the social activities. So far we have only been to one activity but everyone there was friendly, approachable and welcoming. The escape room activity was really enjoyable and we hope to go along to more activities once lock down is lifted. This really is a friendly society.”

“Old fashioned company stuck in the dark ages. Their internet offering is amateur and basic. The customer service and complaints teams are the same one person. Very unprofessional and will lie just to get you off the phone. Get your LISA anywhere else but here is my advice.”

“Very easy to apply and set up the ISA. I would like to be able to check my ISA online though rather than having to phone. Would be nice to see how it’s doing, especially during this very uncertain time.”

“Good communication received on opening etc. However I applied for this savings plan through quidco in order to receive cash back. Several months later this was declined with no valid reason. Main reason I chose this business was the cash back offer so wasn’t very impressed and not sure I’d use again.”

“The process to set it up was straight forward, but it was disappointing that part of the selling point of taking out an ISA was to send some M & S vouchers, which never materialised, even after a chasing email.”
